Pleasant, comfortable, and entertaining. All told, ZERO issues with it. And sadly, so far the flight was WAY more comfortable than the hellhole that is "Lambug Beach Resort" at Badian Beach!

Pleasant crew. Very long flight, a bit uncomfortable at times being seated, but not too bad.
No ice for the drinks. Only gave a half a cup of your beverage. Not enough water. I got very dehydrated.

Boarding is fast and easy for economy class, food was ok baggage policies are good
Overall the flight was what might be expected for a long haul flight to Asia in economy class. The cabin crew was attentive and the food was good. Boarding was fairly fast and easy. The one thing I found frustrating was the EVA app. It is terrible. Trying to do anything on it was almost impossible.
I hope their usb charging port works. None of their usb port is working. Boeing 777 LA to Taipei (vs)
Water service would be great. The way they board is terrible. Slow passengers first😂😂 They need to smart up a bit

Over two hours wait to get wheelchair assistance from arrival to the departure gate for LA was unreasonable even though there appreared to be heavy demand.
my seat got changed twice after checking on then boarding it had been given to a family so by the time they found a seat for me no overhead storage left. i ended up losing my Sony Headphones case because i could even access underthe seat in front of my when deplaning.
The control panel for the seat back screen did not work at all after takeoff.
The most cramped seating I’ve ever experienced, (including budget airlines) with no food available for purchase on a nearly 6 hour flight.
The weather caused a delayed but I was impressed how United did everything they could to try to get us out which included bussing us to the plane doing a Hardstand and bringing us to the plane since the fog was too thick to tow the plane from the overnight stay in the cargo area.
This was for the LOS to FRA leg of the flight Checking in and boarding was not good The staff at the gate were not helpful and targeted the customer and delayed the customers boarding unnecessarily The flight was delayed for about two hours and later for a change of boarding gate The waiting area was overcrowded with no seats available for passengers and lots were left standing for a long period of time
Internet was not working for a bet . Hard to order food with our credit card because it was not in your system .
Why does United insist on having passengers take a bus quite a distance to the plane instead of having us board at a gate?
