Very good service and food. Crew was professional and helpful. Cabin and restrooms were kept clean

Flight Attendants could have been nicer and food portions could be bigger.

Excellent service from check in to boarding the crew is so pleasant to asked

The food from Los Angeles to Taipei made me throw up. The flight is also not comfort. But the staffs are very friendly and nice.

Flight staff were very courteous and efficient. Aircraft (seats, lavatories, etc) was kept clean and replenished

I have never heard of EVA air before but I am so happy my wife and I were able to flight on their planes twice. Everything on these flights just felt better than their competitors. As someone with longer legs any bit of extra leg spaces is appreciated. The different options for food and drinks were also a plus. They were extra careful to make sure my wife's eating restrictions were taken care for. They had a before take off and landing announcements on the built in tablets for each seat and it gave out information that was very helpful. Such as what and how to declare your items in the specific country you landed in, any odd items that may be illegal to bring it (and even the reasoning why) and any other information you might need to make your post flight experience better. The only downside was there were "forced" ads on the tablet at take off for maybe 5-10 minutes but honestly, this flight was the cheapest option and had all the benefits listed above that is such an easy trade off. Im keeping an eye out for EVA air going forward.

Sub sandwhich for a snack through mid flight and giving a bottle water was a good idea

Everything is good staff is polite and helpful flights are on time sub sandwhich for a snack was good with a bottle of water only thing maybe more variety of food like breakfast or dinner depends on the time

seats are pitched well. you don't feel too tight.

For the price, it was better than other airlines; quality of food and service was very good.

Inoperable monitor left no entertainment for 9 hours. The crew was not helpful. Food was awful.

I found the staff to not be very attentive at all. When paying for Business Class you expect a certain type of service and that was not found. They were almost rude even

United sent me a mileage plus number last year but that number is invalid so I can’t use it to check into flights or collect mileage. There is human to speak about the problem, only computers who keep asking me if I am using the correct email. It’s so frustrating and I cannot resolve it.

Evidently, my seat had the only broken TV. I couldn’t plug it in, get it to come on, or watch anything, and of course, no one could fix it while we were on the plane. The service was good and the boarding was quick

it was so bad. I tried to board my flight from vancouver to saskatoon. And to my surprise they did not board me cause the flight was changed and no email was send to me. and on my boarding pass which i got from seattle says different flight. I did not knew anyone from Vancouver, air canada crew was rude, i asked for today flight but they were rude and i had early morning dental appointment in saskatoon. I was so much in pain and my whole day is wasted today. and i suffered alot. They did provide me hotel but they did not provide me any food. I am really really disappointed first time had so bad experience with air canada. I may think twice to book it again. If i can get any reply or any composition that would be great. Thanks

I fly UAL 7-8 times per year. This flight was not up to snuff because it boarded very late "due to unexpected delays in restocking the plane" and yet Flight Aware showed the plane had landed some 10 hours earlier--so I think they could have planned accordingly. The FA's were nice but harried. The video system had to be rebooted 3-4 times. The food service was rather abrupt; they forgot my row and when I asked for my meal, they brought it with some impatience. Overall, the flight was fine, but the little details made it feel somewhat mundane and hurried.

Flight was On time and landed 30 mins early considering we were flying into Newark. No complaints.

Boarding was a little difficult. The gate area at O'Hare was very small and crowded due to multiple gates in the area. Could not hear the intercom, so had to rely on signage to see when my group was boarding and the signage was blocked by passengers standing in the gate. Flight was great and we arrived in Montreal on time.

Great. Food going from Australia to the US was better than other way around, but still needs improvement in terms of quality and quantity!!!

Attendants zipped through cabin so fast hardly anyone got the water they told us we could have in the short flight. Nothing else was offered.

Staff's did their best to make everyone comfortable and I appreciate them for it

4 hours late, including over +1 hour waiting in plane to take off. Baggage left behind too.

Because of rescheduling, they had to put me on a flight that didn't go through Dallas

The flight was fine and the crew awesome. The problem is ORD and AA. Computers went down, ORD fell apart and a 40 min flight turned into a 3 hour trip. Guess the answer is to not try and fly to ORD after noon. But, as I said, crew was awesome and did everything they could to lesson the flight time.

The plane was probably full boarding was easy. We were able to check our carry-on luggage for free. It was a return flight through Philly to LA. Never saw a stewardess do a demonstration of emergency Procedures. I think my flight was pretty full

It was American airlines and it was awful like usual...

At the beginning of the flight there was some turbulence and the announcement was made that there would be no beverage service. The turbulence only last about 5 minutes then it was smooth sailing. I noticed that first class got their service, but the rest of us did not.

The flight was two hours late to take off. The captain kept making announcements in English, but the volume on the speakers was low and we could not hear him. The flight attendant’s French translation was loud and clear, but we couldn’t understand French. The crew was nowhere to be found to relay what the captain was announcing. Very frustrating experience. American has to do better.

Everyone was nice. It was on time and the food was. Airplane food, but not horrible

The flight was late and we missed this connecting flight. American Airlines refused to put us anywhere for the night for their snafu. We had to find our own accommodations in Miami, and it was expensive for a crappy hotel.
