They eventually got us to the destination (24 hours late) but it was an ordeal the whole way.

Too many to list! After sitting on the plane for 3 hours with the door open freezing us out, the flight was cancelled at almost midnight. They didn't arrange hotel rooms so everyone had to fend for ourselves in finding a place to stay or getting out of the airport at midnight. We had to wait around for 24 hours until another flight. We didn't get extra legroom seats on that flight and they still haven't refunded the upgrade cost I paid and didn't get to use. Their customer service and ground crew were rude through this whole thing. On the next day's flight, it took hours to even get a water from the cabin service crew. Even the cheap price couldn't help us feel better about the POOR service.

Seat recline marginally more than in economy, but 2x+ the price. Boarding process for PE abysmal. Food - slapped on a tray.

I am 6' and leg room was extremely limited. Movie choice was pretty limited especially if you don't want to watch R rated material.

Somewhere my bag is now missing!

Couldn't board due to Australia transit visa issues. Of course no ability to refund even a partial amount. Very frustrated. But not Kayak's fault.

Be careful. I booked a return flight from Narita. I was NOT prompted in any vidible way about luggage. As qantas FF and based upon ALL past experience i expected an allownace of 25 kgs to be included. I had NO luggage allwoance. I was charged apprx 400 AUD $ for a 22.8kg bag. I asked to redress thsi for the retrun trip and have since discovered that the details have NOT been updated despite paying! So now I need to call Jetstar and worknthrough the issue.

I was not not noticeably propmoted about luggae allowances or onboard food ent and beverage costs which ultimately added 55% to the ticket cost, so a reasobale priced tocket ended up an expensive one.

Not overly impressed with the 12:05am departure time. Western food not overly impressive. Having to travel from the plane to terminal by bus.

I wish all long haul flights were like this. Very clean and well maintained cabin space, good quality food, very attentive, helpful and polite cabin crew. Never thought I’d be able to say this, but the 14 hour flight with two young children in economy was a really enjoyable experience with JAL!

Its a discount carrier, so what do you expect except to get nickel and dime to death. Too costly, but they were the only airline that offered a direct flight that took 7.5 hours instead of 16 hours like the other major carriers.

Excellent seat comfort & entertainment options. Food was average.

No vegetarian meal options

The plane required the note book to view current movie but the note book has to have the app installed before take off. It was not properly draw my attention in advance via e-mail or text messages. For such a long flight, Qantas should have a better plane to server this route. Totally disappointed.

Could use more leg room. When the seat in front of you is reclined it is practically in you face.

Crew were really good. Had lactose allergy but no meals available for me onboard. Couldn't get to a resolution as we were unsure on ingredients but crew did everything they could. Were very friendly about whole thing

Unfriendly crew member on board - she said in a very.bossy way 'Careful of your foor sir' then later intentionally ran into my foot even though I did my best to keep all parts of my body out of the aisle and the offending foot wouldn't have been more than an inch or two at the most into the aisle!! Also the legroom and arm room is very poor indeed - who did you use as your models, pygmies? Also I was charged $100+ for a date change - but I was SURE I clicked the right date, and even if I didn't, you should have a confirmation screen which confirms what the customer is ordering before they finally approve the order.

Attendants are friendly and nice, their limited English makes them seem cold however I speak both languages and they have better manners than my experience with American carriers such as UA, American and Delta, particularly to the elderly and those that do not speak Chinese. Legroom is decent, seat cushions need more padding for long haul flights. Power supply working well, mediocre movie selection, on time departure and arrival. Food needs improvement. I was told my meal was beef and rice, however, it was fried fish.

Bathrooms need more attention particularly on long haul economy. Food Needs Improvement!

The flight was on time both ends. The crew and service was good. The seats were comfortable. The food was good.

Who the heck decided to put shoulder strap seat belts into the planes???? Major fail. These are highly uncomfortable and a stupid addition. I can’t imagine you have the data to support this addition being meaningful. Fail! Fail! Fail!!!!!

China Air failed to transit my Baggage from Shanghai to Tokyo. Stuck withouth clothing!
