Cons: "Arrival at Terminal 3 at Perth Airport was a real disappointment. It took more than an hour to get through passport control and customs. Woefully understaffed and exhausting after flying from Heathrow and arriving at 11.45pm. Makes me think twice about flying qantas into Perth"

Pros: "Crew a was good - Seat was not so great. I tried to book my seat/boarding pass when you sent through the notice to do so in the morning but at that stage there was only 1 seat available to sit in?? Seamed a little odd to be completely booked out at that stage"

Pros: "I’ve taken Qantas once before and it made my trip from the US ato AU so much more relaxing. I just took Qantas again and was even more blown away with everything. The crew members are extremely nice and are always present to help you with something you may need."

Cons: "My remote in my arm rest (58D) was a bit broken. While it still worked, the flap was missing some screws to hold it in place. Also, the touch screen oftentimes had issues sensing my finger on the pause button. Overall it did not hinder me from enjoying the entertainment services provided."

Cons: "The food was horrible. It’s hard to believe the airline would serve food like that. The flight is long and hard enough as it is. The “snack” options listed are not available. Only one option is available and it’s was horrrible. Also, a kid friendly menu or option needs to be available. The crew wasn’t very friendly either."

The crew serving the food had excellent customer service skills. The movies listed on the website were different than the actual flight. I really wanted to see a couple that weren't available."
