I was happy to be seated with my teen daughter. On my arrival flight we were not together. Drink choices were great. Food was ok. Lots of entertainment options. Pilot communicated well and gave us a heads up about wind and turbulence. Made it less anxious.

Other than the two hour delay, it was fine. Of course they were very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole delay..

Liked Seat space in Premium Plus Disliked delay, poor management of boarding groups, missed meal at landing.

There was not much effort from the airline to give a solution after flight was canceled due to weather conditions. Two days waiting at the airport for a connection unacceptable. Thanks for the experience!

Horrible. Delayed on both planes several times. No attempt to fix it

The food needs to be improved, up to the standard of the people and the accommodation.

How they treated my luggage was horrible. And foods are not edible… Flight attendants were not listening my request. Etc

Boarding was quick and efficient which was nice and it was a nice treat to have a screen to watch a show for the quick flight!
