Very god service with smile. Aircraft a bit old, TV doesn’t work, luckily we can use our mobile to connect to their TV.
I always love to travel with Garuda. Staff are great. On time. Efficient. food and drinks plentiful. pillow and blanket. But there were no live demonstrations of safety. I honestly have no idea where my life jacket is. On the way to Bali we werw not made to put on seat belts , although we were on the way back. What I hated this time was the waking of passengers after 2 hours for breakfast when it was still dark. Not sure if i will travel back to Aus on that flight again . Being welcomed with a breakfast 2 hours after shutting my eyes in the dark was Horrible and left me jet lagged after only a short flight.
Very pleased. Very professional and organized. Very clean aircraft. Efficient boarding and even a snack.
Would not fly again. Everything is sub par. Honestly not worth the price we paid. Would have rather flown Jetstar and saved the money.
Entertainment was poor at best. Very old movies and tv show and not really good ones .
It’s been a while and I saw lot of improvement. Flight was on time, friendly air crew, good food and comfy leg room.
For ground ticketing crew to honor the seat I’ve chosen instead of separating me from my family WITHOUT INFORMING me!

I hopefully cancelled this flight and will get a refund. I am disappointed that you did not stop alerts about this flight and seem to think we went on it. It doesn't seem like your company communicates well internally. Also from my end, I hope you have some clout to resolve things. That has to be part of the package you offer. Thank You, William Ashley
At CGK, need to walk from one gate all the way to the other gate to board the plane. Which makes me wonder, why can’t we just gather at the correct gate in the first place?
Very good it will be my choice of airline while in Australia.
I bought flights in August and there wasn’t a flight in the system
Overall experience was good but what really impressed me the most was the care the flight attendants took of a sick passenger who was sitting in front of me. The flight attendants would come and check on her quite regularly providing her support and comfort. Brilliant service!
Very good… seems the virgin staff particularly in the lounge and in flight exceeded expectations.
The level of incompetence of this airline is truly astounding.
2 hrs + delay! Times kept changing, Onboard menu was half depleted, Entertainment wifi was N/A Overall very frustrating flight and I never slate Virgin.
When I made the booking I was not aware I had to book our checked baggage separately. As we had no checked luggage booking, I had to pay A$120 per bag (total 2 bags) so you can imagine I was not pleased. I am an experienced traveller so something needs to be done to improve the booking app,
The seats are so uncomfortable. The food doesn't exist unless you pay. Disappointed

Flight was half an hour delayed and gate was changed only once but not very far. Weather was good so smooth flight. So all in all was a good flight on a Sunday.
Boarding was on time and orderly. Crew was efficient. Departure as scheduled. I did not order food.
The overall flight was okay. Aircraft was a bit run down like the toilets, seat and table. The worse was checking in and boarding. They had no priority for people with children (young infants and babies included) even when we requested. Unhelpful staff.
Flight was booked with a hacked credit card and flyer was allowed to board despite airline being advised. Shameful behaviour.
I did not book or take this flight. This was a fraudulent credit card purchase using my (now cancelled) card. Air Asia was advised that this was a fraudulent booking a week before the flight. If this service was allowed AirAsia is contributing to credit fraud. If they didn’t take that seriously how serious are they about protecting your details?
Due to very heavy rain in Jakarta which caused bad floods on the highways the captain kindly delayed the departure to allow many passengers to reach the plane with almost 2 hours delay. Otherwise the flight was smooth and uneventful. I was disappointed that given the long delays the passengers were not even treated to a free bottle of water. I had to buy a packet of salted peanuts and bottle of water since I missed lunch.
They don t offer even a glass of water need to buy a drink if you are tursty they can save money and timeby cancel the food offer for 1 hr fly both fly nobody buy and try sale on boad thinkthe we can buyduty free store
Compared with other LCC, Air Asia is a lot better
AirAsia is running a bait scam by listing a lot of flights to get as much booking as possible but ending up merging the flights to fill the seat. They will change the schedule as much as they would like. Just beware when booking their flights and if you are tight on schedule. Prepare to be disappointed.

The Ryanair of Australia. Not impressed. Forced me to gate check my bag as it was over their weight limit. Charged me $125 for the privilege. Then said plane hold was locked and it would have to go out in the next flight, which was the following day. Explained that I was on a cruise the next day and the plane would not arrive until after the ship left, and that it would be impossible to catch up with the cruise at any point. Lady at the gate unimpressed. So to sum up they were ready to charge me $125 to lose a bag. Finally got it resolved by appealing to management, but the whole episode was not good for the blood pressure. The gate lady said they followed the Ryanair business model which means first time passengers get penalized for doing things that other airlines routinely allow.
Flight was delayed both directions but once in the air was ok. Boarding out of Melbourne is just a mess.
Delayed twice. Poor communication and people made to change gates too often.
Late leaving and desintuon board showed ‘gate closed’ when they hadn’t even commenced boarding!
It was better than I expected. Thought $5 for a small cup of tea was a bit much!

I was pretty sure my seat includes a meal. But I guess I was wrong because I wasn't served a meal on my flight with Batik Air from Kota Kinabalu to Kuala Lumpur. I was fortunate because the layover was more than an hour in Kuala Lumpur. Otherwise, I could have cause a delay to the connecting flight to Taiwan because my terminal to board the next flight is located at different building. I had to take a train to the satellite building. Overall, all is well.
Freezing onboard and staff refused to give me hot water “because we were landing soon”. The plane arrived at the gate an hour late. And there’s an air leak in one of the bathrooms. Very scary noise.
Batik Air is racing to the bottom of the list with its consistent flight delays. Especially out of Malaysia. Shocking that they keep getting away with it without any form of punishment from the authorities. Also very inconsistent rules on cabin luggage.
Did not like that we were not informed about the 4 hour delay, crew not friendly, noone at terminals to consult with...all employees for Batrik were behind glass aftervgoing through security at the gate again. Why no agent at Gate H 10 to answer questions? And no apology. Updates would have eased anxiety. Boarding is disorderly also.
During this flight all the crew just focused on making money by selling food and drinks. There was only one washroom open. And it really smelled bad and wasn’t usable. Even to watch something onboard entertainment u have to rent headphones pathetic airline but only one with direct flight so pretty much the only option from Karachi to KL
Delayed for 3 hours, need to pay extra for drinking water.
The OD2204 KUL-LGK was delayed 40 minutes due to air-condition malfuntion, after inspection the technician give green light for the flight to go as usual but the air-condition is still not working properly, passengers complaining to the stewardess but they cannot do anything, I did tweet to @malindoair to complaint but no reply from them … hope this Batik Air is not having problem like Rayani Air and I do hope the management do respond to my complaint as well

They got to the terminal late, with no one on the arriving flight, boarded us late, and left us sitting there for 2 hours before they got us off the ground. They knew they were going to be late, yet they never got an updated flight plan from their head office until long after the flight was supposed to leave. They could have cut the delay in half, of at least let us stay in the terminal. Really just horrible planning.
The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.
