The flight was smooth and on time. Entertainment options were lacking and there was no food, other than some very boring snacks.
Appreciated the ability to get an earlier flight home after flying in from in from Japan. No problem with boarding or crew service. The limited choice of snacks, compared to previous years. Aircraft seats seem to be getting harder and more uncomfortable all the time. Overall, happy to be home
The Air New Zealand product is terrible, it's as expensive as a Jetstar ticket with add ons but with surely staff and old aircraft.

We had difficulty checking in as United didn’t recognize the confirmation number and the agent was not helpful. We went to the United Assistance desk where the agent was able to process our reservation. We also weren’t allowed to choose seats in advance.

Your entertainment could be better. I flew on Air New Zealand in January so was expecting a better choice in February...but no luck. Same choices and also could have a better selection. Otherwise, lovely service, the purser came to our seats to welcome us. Overall, very nice. Direct flight from Auckland to YVR was fantastic!
Air New Zealand over sold our flight and tried to bump us to yesterday. After several calls we got booked to United about 6 hrs before our original flight. No apologies!

Very old plane with no inflight entertainment. I purchased the internet pass and it was nearly unusable.
Would have been better if there was a nonstop flight from Tampa to Norfolk or Tampa to New Port News.
Everything could have benn better. Short fly, no food, no entertainment and no wifi.
I haven’t flown economy in over 20 years but it was not bad. Room by my feet for my bag and seat was roomy enough. Surprised in a good way.
The return flight was great. The flight out to CDG was overbooked, and we were forced to check in a small carry-on at the get immediately before the flight, before getting out the stuff we needed on the plane.
The boarding process doesn't make sense since some people that will sit behind your rows are boarded before you and then they take up the luggage space above your head. I then have to wait for people to get off the plane before I can go back to get my luggage.
Seat was extremely hard which made even a short 1 hour 20 minute flight fairly uncomfortable.
First class and monitors weren’t working for mine & my husbands. Eventually fixed, but quite annoyed as we bought first class. Also, No foot rests.
Delta’s staff is unmatched. From the gate agents, to the pilots, to the flight attendants… all top of the industry.

Our 6.30am flight was boarded then cancelled to fly at 10.55am . We were flying to Brisbane to attend a funeral at 12 noon an hour away . This means missing the funeral due to unreliability of Virgin . Unimpressed !!
It was with Link Airways and the Saab 340 jet was noisy and little comfort.

Some crew were unfriendly or in some cases just straight up rude.
Putting people that close to the bathroom, where you have to look into the bathroom as people are exiting and entering was not great and the smell was also not great. I know the airlines are desperate for more chairs, but that seat is a crime.
one staffer was frustrated (it happen); the flight was late and the pilot mentioned they'll make amend but the snacks were the same, other than that the aircraft was clean and everything went smooth, no complaints

Very nice flight love the small aircraft. We had a wonderful flight attendant. Nice to see someone that really enjoys her job. Don't have her name but had a southern accent.
After my flight was cancelled the day before we got on board and could not even get a cup Of tea with milk as there was no milk. The oatmeal bar they are now serving was terrible. It was interesting that we could not get anything to eat as SXM doesn’t provide food but the people in Business class had food. I was very hungry as I never ate at the airport after being picked up by the bus from the hotel. There was one worker in the cafe to serve us all and I had a problem with my knee so couldn’t walk as quickly so ended up not getting food. Not your problem but still I was very hungry. An attendant finally gave me some hot water which I requested. It’s the first time I’ve ever felt the class distinction while travelling.
Boarding procedures were a gong show. Everyone was confused and AC staff were very rude and impatient when people were confused about boarding zones
I bought a ticket from Kayak. When I got to the airport, the was no ticket. I had to pay 5X to get to my destination. No response received from Kayak. I will NEVER use them again.
My wallet was stolen while I was sleeping on the plane.
After waiting in the airport from 7am (to make sure we had enough time for security), our flight was continually delayed until it was canceled. They tried to book us on a Delta flight, which we considered and even went to the Delta terminal with our luggage (which was stowed and then available once the flight was canceled (about 15 min away) but were then informed that we would need to retrieve our luggage at LaGuardia and then recheck in to Air Canada in New York, grab our luggage, and then get to the air canada terminal and re-check in. We decided against it, took our luggage into an uber home and then drive the 6.5 hours (one way) to Montreal instead.
The seats were the most comfortable and spacious that I ever flew, and I flew more than 20 different airlines (economy)
Flight departed significantly late with no announcements being made. Woman behind me would not allow me to recline my seat so I was unable to comfortably sleep. Flight attendant not very responsive. Slow to pick up garbage after meal. Not a good experience at all. I felt like cattle rather than like a valued customer
Boarding was extremely challenging, long lines and wait time, almost missed my flight.
I checked a bag and there was only one agent to assist all customers with any issues.
Hoping for small compasation for having to rebook my trip back cause i had to miss 6 hrs work
