Cons: Food was average. Service could be better. For example, my wife and I never got our food at the same time or close enough. We had to ask for food or drinks. They should regularly ask if we need something. Empty water bottles (up to 3) were sitting on my table for hours till we landed.

Pros: business class seats at the time of the sleep was very uneven and uncomfortable, foods and coffees were cold.

Pros: Amazing crew!! Lots of entertainment options. Food decent. Better than on trip from Seattle to Dubai. Check in Bathrooms kept clean on long flight We were encouraged to walk around

Cons: Boarding cumbersome We left Dubai late and arrived Seattle late. It was a little g flight already and the extra seat time of the delay was difficult.

Pros: Seats were really comfortable, able to lean back further than most, with large screens and good entertainment options. Also liked that there were open areas on the plane that you could go stand up and stretch out for a while at.

Cons: About halfway through the flight the bathrooms definitely needed cleaned. By the end of the flight they were disgusting, with toilets and sinks clogged and no tissue. I'm really surprised Emirates allowed this to happen, because everything else was great.

Cons: The gate changed in a Dubai without proper announcement, Ground staff should have visited the passengers waiting in the gate waiting area that was printed on boat pass and inform them to new gate. Instead they charged the passengers with no show fees and delayed departure for another 12 hours.
