Very cranky crew. Very long flight due to weather
The staff was unbelievably rude. NO SNACKS, NO FOOD. I was told I shouldn't "expect" there to be food. Because our ticket was screwed up due to United error, we almost didn't make the flight. One of our 3 seats were given away to another passenger. If someone didn't volunteer to give up their seat, we would not have had 3 seats.
Flights never leave on schedule and you’ll end up losing connection flight. Customer support has wait of 60 mins. Never ever flying again.
Worst airline ever. Surprise how is this company still in business.
The flight was quick and they got us on and off the plane quickly.
The crew was pleasant enough but wasn’t terribly attentive. The WiFi didn’t work, and is they way you access the entertainment so made the 5.5 hour flight feel longer. The new seats they have are only comfortable for about an hour before you start to get restless legs.
Personal service from ticket agent
Being referred to call the 800 number for a ticket issue instead of helping me at the counter. Wasted half an hour. 2nd ticket agent made sure I didn't miss my flight.

No comfort given to passengers despite 2.5 hr delay in leaving and another 1 hr on the ground after landing
Delayed flight two hours and didn’t receive a text or email. They had no headphones available. My seat didn’t adjust to lean. Food choices were poor.
