Pros: "We had to come home 2 weeks early due to the virus, and Singapore airlines were brilliant at changing the flights. Even got upgraded to the extra leg room for free"

Many of CX customers are from middle class, and it could be a big turn-off. It is unwise to patronise a tabloid newspaper when the owner has been named by China as the culprit of the recent troubles in hk. It’s like offering Al Jazeera news on united airlines entertainment........During the whole trip, I was captivated by these thoughts."

I bought from you air tickets with Scoot airlines from H.K to Singapore on 30 December and back to H.K on the 3 January. when I came to the H.K airport to check in with scoot airlines they said to me that I can't go to Singapore because my passport expired on 2 of June and it's less than 6 months if I want to go to Singapore I need to have in my passport more than 6months. sow in the end I lost the ticket to Singapore and not only this I went back to H.K I toke a room in the hotel 150$ and the day after I went to the embassy of Israel to extend my passport and I bought a new air tickets with Cathay Pacific 350$ to go to Singapore. its mean that I lost my ticket +500$ .and all this because you never informed me that my passport needs to be valid more than 6 months . you can see also in your letter its written there that my passport need to be valid there is not any thing about 6 months. if you was telling me that before I could change my passport. sow pleas I insist that you will pay me back half on my ticket that I lost + my expenses 500$. if I will not get it back my story will be all over in the internet about you I suffered a lot"

Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!"

Pros: "Except for a 1-hour delay, overall the flight was good, smooth and enjoyable. Loved the inflight meal. For the price we paid we got meal and 30kg baggage allowance, we thought that was just value for money. And they departed from KLIA and not klia2 which is more convenient."

Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."

Luckily I did a little math calculation my own, and find that she was over-charging too much for the food. Realizing that particular crew can't calculate, I offer to pay using Rupiah, she rejected it and gave me back the proper change. The exchange rate on board is absurd!!! I suggest use local currency if anyone would do onboard purchasing on AirAsia."

But communication from the airline was utterly non-existent, as was any kind of service and support for rescheduling etc. Confusing messages on their website and refusal to fly despite other airlines having no issue - because they didn't want to pay parking rates at AU airports. Air Asia ruined my holiday far more than Mt Agung."

Cons: "I agreed to purchase three roundtrip tickets for myself, wife, & infant son. After checking in, I noticed the return boarding pass for my son was missing. I contacted Air Asia via instant message and was told that it wasn't a problem and I could get a boarding pass at the counter. Upon visiting the Air Asia counter at the outbound airport, I was told to see the counter again at the in-bound airport. The in-bound airport advised that the ticket was never purchased for the return. In fact it was as the tickets were not purchased individually. The tickets were purchased in a group as three round trip tickets and that's what I agreed to. At this point, I had no option but to purchase another ticket. Feeling cheated and powerless to resolve the issue I was very angry with Air Asia and would not fly with them again due to this fraud."
