They didn’t sent my luggage I got it 24 hours later

I liked everything about the experience but would have liked some free snacks!

Great flight - on time, lovely staff. I’ll always have the same complaint and essentially it’s the limited food options for people who are celiac. But that’s all airlines !

When I made the booking I was not aware I had to book our checked baggage separately. As we had no checked luggage booking, I had to pay A$120 per bag (total 2 bags) so you can imagine I was not pleased. I am an experienced traveller so something needs to be done to improve the booking app,

X class seats in row 3 with the new configuration are very poor in fact I feel 3B and 3E should no longer be considered as X class seat as there is no forward seat pocket available to these seats and greatly reduced leg room due the intrusion of the business class armrests/table module

Cabin crew were very professional and welcoming. They certainly appeared to have lifted their game. Congratulations

Seats seem to be shrinking … full plane is not a comfortable ride at all!

Have to pay for food and drinks. Inflight entertainment wasn't working.

Tightly packed passengers, 40 minutes late, no in flight service, long wait for luggage.

It was ok, but not what it was like 20 years ago

My experience was great overall. Tanya was particularly friendly and helpful the entire trip. I was very pleased with her customer service skills. The plane was an older aircraft but the entire way was comfortable with barely any turbulence at all. Qantas should speed up its fleet renovation. Totally recommend using this airline.

Very good as always, stand out airline. The passengers whom choose to stuff baggage that otherwise should be checked-in is a real bother but that's not the airlines doing. A real frustration that passengers just don't want to check-in luggage. This is a pet hate unfortunately.

I got upgraded from economy to business, and the experience was outstanding

It was very nice. I will try to fly with Qantas whenever I can.

It’s a very long flight and there are so many people on board. Perhaps a warm washcloth now and then to freshen up

The staff we fantastic and seemed to work very well with each other

Better food, hotter coffee, otherwise it was a very smooth and reasonably comfortable flight.

IFE didn't work. Wifi didn't work but they eventually managed to reset it. Our original flight was cancelled, so rebooked onto new flight seated apart from travel partner.

Left rather late but did the best to make up time..

Improved experience over our last years flight when also we flew local but on an international scheduled flight. The double processing is still unwelcome i.e. by security and then by border force having to produce a licence and boarding pass repeatedly on departure and return. Obviously suits the airline rather than the local traveller. The flight and crew were good though a helper on return was offhand having to push the wheel chair did the bare minimum we felt.

The flight was delayed by 2 hours but the Jetstar crew were fantastic.

Overall good trip I find seats a bit hard. We were waiting on board for about an hour for 2 passengers with some document issue. This main our arrival late for our pickup person.

Jetsatar refused to take my foldable stroller in the plane, despite following all the rules on dimensions and packaging. Similar thing happened on our previous fight. However, at that instance, they offered to check in the stroller. At this fight, the staff was rude, trying to rush us to board the flight. They made excuses that the stroller was not allowed and even offer to leave it behind and ship it back at our own cost. Fortunately, we had someone else attending. Since the flight was about to take off, they left it behind and send it back to us on the next available flight.

No food taken so can't rate also no entertainment so can't rate.

Boarding was easy and unstressful, though the early "final call" was a bit off-putting. The crew were pleasant, and the seats were comfortable. The prices for food and drink were reasonable, apart from tea and coffee, where simple percolated coffee was charged at espresso prices. Deboarding was OK, though some Jetstar passengers appear to have a bad habit of pushing forward from their assigned rows, making it more difficult to get out for passengers that have paid a premium to sit up-front. Jetstar might want to look to address this to stop it from spreading.

It was a super crowded time to travel out of Melbourne, but the flight was OK

On time and well-priced... For a short flight, what more do you need?

The flight was fine. Unfortunately, my 5.00 pm flight was cancelled and I was moved to the 6.00 am flight the following morning. Jetstar arranged transport, accommodation close to the airport and dinner & breakfast, so all was good other than an overnight delay.

It was cancelled, second flight in a month. Jet star are dead to me
