a longer gap btw the supper and breakfast would have been better - felt like the sleep was way too fragmented on this red eye flight

I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.

The consistency with Singapore Airlines is fantastic. Crew are always brilliant and food delicious in business class

The business class seats were very uncomfortable. When in lie flat position my legs were very restricted.

It was very good experience on board to Sydney with SQ.

Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.

Didn't like much at all Nowhere near enough legroom, narrow seats. Aisles not wide enough for safe food trolley access and husband had his knee hit cos not enough leg room. Would take a lot to convince us to fly Singapore Airlines again which is a pity cos it was always our go-to airline

Once again the meal served was delicious - we got chicken rice

Transfer within the same terminal and lots of facilities at the airport.

A very small gate at Singapore airport, lots of people packed into a small area…. A Petrie dish for infection. The flight was late although the captain did make up time. We had an aisle and middle economy class seat on the plane. The flight appeared to be very full. The seats were small, hard and very uncomfortable with minimal leg room. I’m a small woman and felt really cramped. My husband is a big man and stated he was unable to move at all in his seat. We were given 2 meals during the flight from Singapore to Brisbane. Our first meal was okay at best but the second meal was inedible. I think it was supposed to be veg in pastry but the pastry was full of air with minimal if any filling. The staff were pleasant and efficient. Getting off the plane went without any problems. It did take an extended period of time for our bags to come out onto the carousel. For the best ‘airline’ in the world, it was pretty poor. If Singapore is the best, what are the others like?

I liked the refreshments as the flight was short and the free WiFi. The seats were comfortable.

Was disappointed that we couldn't use our lounge passes as the booking was a group booking.

I never flew with alliance. Kayak is a joke and none of the flights or times were correct. Won’t ever use kayak again

My experience was great overall. Tanya was particularly friendly and helpful the entire trip. I was very pleased with her customer service skills. The plane was an older aircraft but the entire way was comfortable with barely any turbulence at all. Qantas should speed up its fleet renovation. Totally recommend using this airline.

I liked boarding the plane. The staff were rude, the food was appalling and the chairs the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced

Flight was canceled. I was not alerted. It was only kayak that alerted me

After already paying for excess luggage prior to flight, i was advised AT check in that i had to pay $816 or forfeit my flight! The lady at the counter was SO rude and had already started offboarding me when i said i would pay it after asking her three times for the exact amount! Have lodged a formal complaint yet heard nothing. Will not ever travel via Qantas again

I love flying with Qantas. There was no onscreen entertaining on this flight, and only a snack provided (not a meal) but still better than Jetstar or Virgin (in my opinion) so still happy.

Wheelchair assistance to move through the terminals and to/from the plane door was excellent. No vegan snack on the flight, only something with salami and cheese in it.

I have flown Qantas multiple times in the past it seemed this flight the plane had less seat room or the seats were way less comfortable than before. Everything else was about the same. Thanks

Everything went excellent! I worried a little about my luggage, cause i had a long stop at Qatar Airport (DOHA) on my way back, but everything went perfect!!! Great Airline, great pilots, the crew is amazing!!!! Respect for the people doing amazing things who nobody sees!!! I am from the Netherlands... Our stupid airport could learn a lot of Philippines Airlines.

They asked me to go down to economy when i booked for comfort class

amazing service for a 4hr flight, great selection of movies and music, blanket options, good toilets

A shameful national carrier. Service has gone down from the highs of a decade before. You don’t feel the Filipino hospitality. It’s an aging fleet. Nil comfort, and I flew premium economy.

Not much legroom in economy seats and aisle. Bathrooms are not maintained well. Staff can be friendlier. Food is barely edible.

Continual rescheduling of flights, inflight entertainment system did not work, staff not pleasant to interact with.

The crew were lovely and also attentive. The food was overcooked and hard to enjoy. Slept well enough .....so the seats are comfortable for sleeping and sitting.

Was on premium economy. Aside from the space that was less than expected, everything went well

Food could have been improved. I expected a bigger serving.

The flight was cancelled. I never flew with this airline

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.

Not punctual in departure and seats are very tight and narrow. Crew should handle noisy families during flight.

Paid for seats near the window but given seats right at the back, near the toilets. This location was so noisy with the blasts from the aircraft engines blowing beside. Not a nice one 😞.

In experience we didn't even get water unless it was paid for. Even Bamboo Airlines provided free water. The flight was cold with no blanket being provided. The flight attendants were not responsive in keeping the passengers under control. I complained about fellow passengers playing loud music several times before one of the flight attendants to action. I will not recommend flying with Vietjet unless things improve.

No water or snacks. Crew did not give us arrival cards. There was no need for more than 1 flight attendant as they did not do anything

Very bad experience and will never try their service again. Not even water serve for 8hr flight. Will have to wait for every prepurched to cimplete before can buy water.

The plane stayed hot the entire time, no leg room, no entertainment. Definitely a budget airline experience.

Everything seems good so far, only thing is delay...2nd time flying with vietjet and 2nd time got delay :(
