I have long legs, my foot was out in the aisle and when a flight attendant came walking by and I didn't notice, instead of saying "excuse me" or anything like that, she kicked my foot. Extremely rude
When I'm on a 5hr 22 minute flight I expect food to be purchased. Especially when American makes a very tight connection time where u have to run to make the long flight. Chips and nuts are unacceptable and being told you should be in first class to get a meal is also unacceptable. I didn't change the flight times American Airlines did.
It was a code share with Alaska - would have been great if I actually made it on the plane, claimed I didn’t have a ticket or a seat even thought I was checked in.
I blame kayak for my last trip to dca. Kayak cancelled my direct flight and put on a one stop flight and made lost whole day from my vacation and had not even refunded my ticket.
I got bumped due to weight restrictions even tho there were empty seats on my flight. I got put on an other flight with a stopover. My flight that originally was going to take 5-6 hours ever up being 14+ hours and my luggage arrived to my destination without me because I was made to check in my luggage on my original flight when I was deemed ok to board only to be asked to deplane. Worst flight experience.
very bare bones flight no entertainment screen, download shows prior to boarding to watch on phone or tablet.
It was good. It’s been a long time since my wife and I fly any where and things have changed. Our trip was to see our new grandson. We fly economy and that was not good for my bad back. It was a quick flight but uncomfortable.
Most of the delay was due to weather which is not what was at issue here. One delay was due to a missing flashlight and in the end the flashlight was actually found on the plane. The entertainment system is very limited. Live TV options offer only a few channels that are not very appealing. Boarding and deplaning are always difficult. It just takes too much time to get on and off the plane. On the plus side, I missed my connecting flight, but was easily able to book a later flight from the app while enroute.
My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks
It would have been better if I could have had my flight on time. It was delayed for 5 hours. Caused me to not be able to fulfill my promise to my granddaughters. Other than that it was a good trip.
We are extremely impressed with all aspects of flying with Air Canada.
Just kinda of a bus ride … we could do better. Delay in the flight :(
It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes
They delayed all our flights and lost our luggage flying to Tokyo, Japan. Worst experience I have had with any airline. DO NOT BOOK.
They did great as being my first time flying with them I will consider flying with them again on my next trip.
1. Nowhere to sit at the gate D4 2. No control of lining up in different zones 3. People pushing in during the line up of zones. 4. Certainly not in a dignified manner.
Both meals (chicken option for dinner and omelette for breakfast) were lacking in good texture and taste.
The experience with air Canada, was not really good, first they try to charge for the seat again in the counter after being paid in advance, second we have to wait for a hora inside the plane before departure for mechanics problems
Previous flight from Melbourne to Brisbane was late. I had 1 hr 40 min to get to the connecting flight. That was not enough time as I had to take a shuttle bus to change terminal. Then needed to get through security and customs. The airline was announcing my name to board at 9:10. The take off time was scheduled for 9:40 but I was again one of the last to board at about 9:20. Kayak needs to allow more time for these connections
It was great. Although when I got my luggage it was broken.
