Cons: "On time would be better."

Cons: "This time Singapore Airlines Staff seem to be not so helpful. Previously they were happy to help with smiling face and approachable immediately. This time in spite of asking for help in the cabin no one turned up even after multiple requests. I could only get help when someone one walks next to me."

Cons: "I was on a nut free diet However they still gave me a ice cream covered in macadamia nuts. Nut free meals were also gluten, vegan etc so very bland"

Cons: "Seats and leg room not as comfortable as older plane. The entertainment system was confusing to use ( again older model) hence not as user friendly."

Cons: "crew isnt very careful in serving the food but its not really that bad. but im just comparing it from my previous flights so i think that group of FA's can do better. And the food was served a bit a late so they dont have time to serve hot beverage anymore."

Cons: "Air port does not have automatic internet connection We were there for 8 hours with no internet because we had no international roaming to receive the PIN via SMS. The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

Pros: "The cabin crew were fantastic. Food was abundant. Most boarding systems worked well. Choosing seats was confusing on website so we were allocated seating. The newer planes had a fantastic touch screen entertainment system. The seats on the newer planes were much more comfortable and roomy"

Cons: "Positively ancient entertainment system with poor selection and bad visual quality. Ads pop up every time you go into another menu. If you're flying SIN->BNE I'd avoid the 7.20am departure, you'll get the old 777-200s rather than the A350s they run on other departures."

Cons: "I asked to be placed in a seat as close to the front as possible as I suffer from motion sickness in the back of the plane. I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Cons: "Food was stale cellophane wrapped bread and croissant that I did not eat. There is no alcohol served on any Malaysian flight of less than 3 hours. It was a bus boarding that was delayed by weather supposedly but the Tiger Air flight that was due to depart from the same gate area 35 minutes later actually took off on time before our flight. I lived in Malaysia and Singapore for eight years in the late '80's and early '90's, at which time I thought that Malaysian was the best airline in the sky. Sadly, their present service is US airline quality at best without the general ability of US carriers to keep to schedule which makes them one of the worst in Asia."
