Baggage made it all the way to Queenstown from Perth

Check -in staff said that there were no seats available in emergency exit rows so put us in the row in front. We couldn't recline and thete were several seats empty in the emergency exit row behind us.

This flight was on the 777-300 plane leased from EVA. Boarding proved to be a bit of a slow grind due to the inordinate number of families with children on this particular flight. Our fault for not realising this at time of booking. Flight itself went very smoothly. Seats were fine. Not a huge selection of movies to choose from. Felt the crew went about their duties without fuss and ticked all the boxes for me.

I have been traveling at least 4 times in a year for last 20 years. I never had such a worst staff specially the Msnager of Fiji airline ground staff at Sydney airport named Christopher. Such a rude ignorant person. The amount of luggage including baby stroller I traveled from Los Angeles to Nadi. Nadi to Sydney was perfectly fine. When I checkin from Sydney to los angles, the Fiji manager said you have to pay for stroller. I said I came all the way from Los Angeles to Sydney like that and I even showed the tags too, Christopher said Sydney has different policy. I left the stroller to him and Saud to him keep it for your kids and came back home without baby stroller.

I was excited to come back to the USA after a long vacation. When we arrived at the airport, the security started asking me questions immediately even before I checked in. They demanded I show them the ticket before it was even printed. When I explained that I was trying to check-in for the first time. They told me I was going to be reviewed upstairs and put a sticker in my passport. I proceeded to check in and just walked thru the normal security measures. After scanning my bags in security, I discovered there was no security meeting and proceeded to my gate. After the gate, everyone in line was subjected to a second security screen. This was a manual search and all articles were removed and repacked again. Then we proceeded to the plane entry where everyone needed to verify passport and ticket again. Later in the flight, I was having indigestion problem from my documented medical acid reflux problem and asked for a cup of water. He said sure and walked away. He never came back again.10 minutes later, I pressed the attendant call button again. 10 minutes later and no one came over. 15 minutes after that Albert came back over and said, "I see you have your call light on, please put your seat back up again." I can complied and he immediately turned off the light and walked away. 10 minutes later, Albert came by with the water cart and parked it right behind my seat. He proceeded to hand out water to everyone behind my seat. 30 minutes later the water cart arrived and I finally received my water (75 minutes after I asked!) Thanks Albert, I'll be following up with your management to see that disciplinary action is taken.

The flight was fantastic boarding crew were great and the onboard crew were very nice. I enjoyed the onboard wifi and the meal.

I didn't like that my gate and terminal numbers were changed so many times. It messed up the meeting of family. Also I really hate that there is not much leg room.

I LOVED my flight to LA PERFECT The flight from LA to Auckland was not as good, seating fine, LOVED THE CHECK IN LOVED THE PHONE SERVICE when i called to increase my weight of luggage...

I could not hear the entertainment because engine too loud I did not experience this on my flight to LA , I found the crew were not as pleasant as the crew to LA, could be that they were tired, if i had to rate NZ Airline from my trip to LA.... I would be shouting my pleasrure and did while in LA coming back truly was a different experience however going was so good... I will gladly fly again

Friendly helpful staff. Loved the leg from Nandi to Auckland.

Having to repack our bags when the total among the three of us flying was within limits. And then still having to pay an extra $60 US. when we didn't get it quite right by about 2 ks. However you did let my wife's wheelchair on without payment thanks for that. I am an ex pilot so it is difficult for your staff to try and explain weight ratios, and the dangers of extra weight.. Then being made to take 1 point something kilos into another lighter bag. However the staff were very good about it. not their fault that they find themselves having to talk through something that just doesn't ad up. However we enjoyed the flight, and the help we received transferring from a very late plane to one almost waiting in Fiji. :-)

I have been traveling at least 4 times in a year for last 20 years. I never had such a worst staff specially the Msnager of Fiji airline ground staff at Sydney airport named Christopher. Such a rude ignorant person. The amount of luggage including baby stroller I traveled from Los Angeles to Nadi. Nadi to Sydney was perfectly fine. When I checkin from Sydney to los angles, the Fiji manager said you have to pay for stroller. I said I came all the way from Los Angeles to Sydney like that and I even showed the tags too, Christopher said Sydney has different policy. I left the stroller to him and Saud to him keep it for your kids and came back home without baby stroller.

I was excited to come back to the USA after a long vacation. When we arrived at the airport, the security started asking me questions immediately even before I checked in. They demanded I show them the ticket before it was even printed. When I explained that I was trying to check-in for the first time. They told me I was going to be reviewed upstairs and put a sticker in my passport. I proceeded to check in and just walked thru the normal security measures. After scanning my bags in security, I discovered there was no security meeting and proceeded to my gate. After the gate, everyone in line was subjected to a second security screen. This was a manual search and all articles were removed and repacked again. Then we proceeded to the plane entry where everyone needed to verify passport and ticket again. Later in the flight, I was having indigestion problem from my documented medical acid reflux problem and asked for a cup of water. He said sure and walked away. He never came back again.10 minutes later, I pressed the attendant call button again. 10 minutes later and no one came over. 15 minutes after that Albert came back over and said, "I see you have your call light on, please put your seat back up again." Friendly helpful staff. Loved the leg from Nandi to Auckland.

Having to repack our bags when the total among the three of us flying was within limits. And then still having to pay an extra $60 US. when we didn't get it quite right by about 2 ks. However you did let my wife's wheelchair on without payment thanks for that. I am an ex pilot so it is difficult for your staff to try and explain weight ratios, and the dangers of extra weight.. Then being made to take 1 point something kilos into another lighter bag. However the staff were very good about it. not their fault that they find themselves having to talk through something that just doesn't ad up. However we enjoyed the flight, and the help we received transferring from a very late plane to one almost waiting in Fiji. :-)

The flight was fantastic boarding crew were great and the onboard crew were very nice. I enjoyed the onboard wifi and the meal.

I didn't like that my gate and terminal numbers were changed so many times. It messed up the meeting of family. Also I really hate that there is not much leg room.
