Excellent service. I pre-ordered gluten intolerant meal and they handle it with care. They served me my meal before other people's to avoid crossed contamination. Thank you 🙏
No frills airline with minimal leg room and no entertainment
I wish there was a little more leg room between the seats. The recline was good and seats overall were comfortable. I also didn’t like the 2-4-2 configuration.
The crew was very courteous and professional. the flight is relatively clean and comfortable.
a completely full flight - felt quite carmped in, despite being on the window seat. Meal served could better. Surely different from pre-covid trips I used to take to and from Bangkok.

Lounge a access was excellent as was the attentiveness and service from the crew as always. The food and drink supplied were of good quality. The entertainment system had a good selection and I liked the mapping system supplied. However the screen wild have been bigger and the operation a little smoother to navigate. The seats were barely comfortable, but adequate.
The staff on the plane were attentive and friendly. The frustration with the cabin crew was that we were served second to special diet people. And, we were in economy section. The boarding staff was mediocre. Got scolded for requesting to sit with spouse on 14 hours long flight home. Was told they cannot break up families for us. Didn’t understand how we were denied sitting together as we are husband and wife. After many words of exchange, we were accommodated. Cleaning crew did a horrible job! Bathrooms were unsanitary or dirty from beginning of flight! Didn’t expect sparkling as its economy, but did except decent.
I always love to travel with Garuda. Staff are great. On time. Efficient. food and drinks plentiful. pillow and blanket. But there were no live demonstrations of safety. I honestly have no idea where my life jacket is. On the way to Bali we werw not made to put on seat belts , although we were on the way back. What I hated this time was the waking of passengers after 2 hours for breakfast when it was still dark. Not sure if i will travel back to Aus on that flight again . Being welcomed with a breakfast 2 hours after shutting my eyes in the dark was Horrible and left me jet lagged after only a short flight.
Very pleased. Very professional and organized. Very clean aircraft. Efficient boarding and even a snack.
Would not fly again. Everything is sub par. Honestly not worth the price we paid. Would have rather flown Jetstar and saved the money.
Friendly flight attendants, Did not care for the food. My headphones did not work because of a faulty jack at my seat.
Entertainment was poor at best. Very old movies and tv show and not really good ones .

I liked most things except the cabin was way too cold for most of the journey. I prepared by putting on long pants, shirt, jumper, shoes and socks. Still cold!
It’s been a while and I saw lot of improvement. Flight was on time, friendly air crew, good food and comfy leg room.
For ground ticketing crew to honor the seat I’ve chosen instead of separating me from my family WITHOUT INFORMING me!

They wouldn't let me on the plane. The 3rd party apparently didn't pay for the tickets properly?
Overall experience is good but if the food menu can change to authentic Malaysia food will be good. I.e. Nasi Lemak, Char Kueh Tiew and etc
Surprised that the safety briefing was only conducted in Malay language and no English despite there are foreigners on board. MH should take safety more seriously.

We are row 11, when the crew came to us, only one meal choice was available.
OK seats comfortable, easy boarding/embarking, excellent connection to domestic Malaysia flight with baggage checked through without customs. Catering especially drinks borderline ok luckily less important aspect
Comfortable seats in economy, managed a few hours sleep in an o night flight but the food was terrible. Surprising as Malaysia airlines has been good in the past. Service was mediocre this time too.
Vast improvement needed in customer service. I couldn’t get the drink of my choice during both meals (i.e. sparking water and Diet Coke). I had used plastic cups falling onto me from the tray. No eye contact when they thank you on the way out signalling an insincere thank you.
Jia yung was the flight attendant that made this a miserable flight.
