Cons: "Ground staff at the airport, like wheel chair workers, others were rude. I thought that Thai people are humble, but my experience with them was horrible. I will advice not to travel thru Thailand."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by 30 minutes. If it was not delayed, I'll give it good rating."
Pros: "Probably the best and cleanest Thai airline company. Friendly and professional"
Cons: "Food was so so but not a big deal."
Pros: "Boarding process has improved (SYD), the crew were friendly and attentive, my special meal (Indian vegetarian for something different) was quite tasty and even the entertainment options were good."
Cons: "Business class seats on the B747 - unless you’re sitting upright, they are one of the most uncomfortable seats I’ve experienced. TG either need to upgrade the seats on the B747 (very unlikely) or put another aircraft type the BKK-SYD-BKK route."
Pros: "Plane was nice."
Cons: "Food was horrible"
Pros: "The crew were faultless; looking after your every need - food choices in Business superb. And time for rest."
Cons: "Nothing really; maybe just that the A330 seat was a little old with seat controls hard to decipher."
Pros: "Flight was full, but generous seat pitch and efficient crew made the difference!"
Pros: "Surprised that for such a short flight a food snack was provided."
Cons: "I was not told what the food option was,it looked like a mystery meat sandwich. The stewardess face frowned the entire flight,I never wanted to ask her anything"
Pros: "The seat was comfortable. The crew was professional. Landing was smooth. But the smell of someone shoes/feet broke my comfortable. The crew couldn't do anything except spray the perfume."
Pros: "Quick & efficient boarding but cost cutting has taken the shine off what used to be a quality airline experience."
Cons: "I’m not fussy about food, but the menu today was about as uninspiring as they come. Along with polite but perfunctory service and a seat that is nothing better than premium economy, I don’t know how they can get away with calling their business class product, Business Class!"
Pros: "The food was better than the last time."
Pros: "Just like on previous domestic flight experience, I love how Thai Airways is able to promote and provide for customer comfort and service on such short flights - something that US airlines are so incapable of providing. Not only was the plane comfortable and spacious, the fact that they also served a meal on such a short flight is so much appreciated."
Cons: "Our itinerary did not show that we had to transit in Chiangmai. It came as a surprise when we checked in at the airport. That was very misleading. We had to remove our hand luggage at each stop."
Pros: "The movie"
Cons: "Late again byt not much"
Cons: "Initial flight was cancelled. Crew was not helpful or informative. Was not compensated for delays at all, missed wedding functions!!"
Cons: "Right from how rude the flight attendants are to how the ground staff can forget of something as basic as informing passengers that their flight has been delayed by 6 hours. Furthermore, the no one from the ground personnel to the flight crew have any answers to why passengers upon boarding their flight are kept waiting for an hour on the plane before actual take-off. While on flight, flight attendants initially refused to serve us food stating that we should've ordered in advance. This was NOT mentioned during booking & clearly stated that food would be served as complimentary as per any International flight. I've been flying international for the past 10 years & have never come across such an incompetent lot. This was our honeymoon trip to Thailand & we 'Thank' Thai Airways for ruining it. Will never ever make the mistake of flying with them. And will make sure our friends & family do the same."
Pros: "Flying a 747 was great! Friendly service."

Cons: "Old aircraft, 747 , seats very comfortable but no flat beds.. Choice of movies but mostly second grade."

Pros: "Ground agents were courteous and boarding was well-managed and quick"
Cons: "Difficult to converse with on-board crew who were not very well-versed in communicating in English. It is evident that the in-flight crew preferred conversing with passengers who could speak Thai. Seats were cramped and not enough leg-room. Very uncomfortable for a 6 hour flight Service crew adopted a "get water/juice from the galley trays yourselves". Having requested vegan/vegetarian food, the food options were limited and very bland. They lacked flavor and were not properly cooked. In-flight entertainment options was old and in-seat monitors were small."
Cons: "Lack of legroom"
Pros: "Cabin atmosphere. Staff attitude. Cleanliness and modern."
Cons: "Seat is not very comfortable. Too straight up."
Pros: "Everything was ok"
Pros: "We didn’t crash!"
Cons: "Old plane (747). Not very attentive staff, I had to ask for a blanket 4 times before I got one. This certainly isn’t acceptable in business class. My meal choice wasn’t available. And I had to pay $50 to change my flight to a different day (again not acceptable for a business class ticket. I’ll avoid Thai airways wherever I can from now on. #avoid When I rang the Singapore Thai office they were unable to change my ticket to a new date and kept pushing me back to the online travel agent. Called Thai in Bangkok and they did it on the spot. Very inconsistent service."

Thai airways/vayama had originally booked me on another flight without confirming it would have been ok. Terrible in flight service especially on way back."
Pros: "Good boarding procedure except flight was late. Good crew, comfortable aircraft."
Cons: "Bangkok Airport is hot and unpleasant. Flight left about 20 mins late."
Pros: "It was drizzling, as is often the case in the monsoon season. There were so many clouds and I didn't expect Himalaya mountains. However, I was surprised to find majestic Mt. Everest! It was a great farewell gift from Nepal! After being impressed with Himalaya, I could enjoy movies during the flight."
