Very bad service and food variety will never come back again
Everything was perfect. Staff were informative and professional and flight boarding, flying and de-embarking was smooth. I would certainly travel with Emirates again.

Crew were excellent and the bar service and chat fantastic. Cheese board delicious. Amenity kit good, very disappointing not getting pyjamas on this leg of the flight and needed to reuse from earlier flight.
No kids provided. Instead we were told to have contacted the airline that we have kids and require kids meals. We were not the only ones who inquired about kids meals. It’s odd. Emirates and other airlines give kids meals as standard and before the adult food comes out. The rice in our meals was gluggy and under cooked. The chicken was also raw. Sadly not the best experience with Finn Air. The hostesses tried to compensate with the snacks and drinks but missed the mark by a long way. Especially when paying Emirates/Qantas prices
Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours
I spent 45 minutes with supervisor trying to get 2 bags checked for this international flight . He wouldn’t give it to me because West Jet was involved in this booking.

Very bad. Flight got delayed and missed my transfer flight twice. Had to stay overnight in Hong Kong and the next flight booked was also delayed.i had the worst experience flying from Singapore to San Francisco. Lots of delays and rerouting.
My seat had many issues. First the chair was broken where reclining was difficult. My usb plug was also broken so charging was impossible.
The flight from Hong Kong to Hyderabad didn’t have any power points to charge my mobile. Given we are no longer allowed to use power banks, giving customers the ability to charge even on short flights is critical part of the overall experience.
I didn’t use entertainment But everything else was of excellent quality

Problems with entertainment system eventually rectified. Cabin crew attentive and polite but a bit absent minded when it came to remembering requests, salt, sugar etc.
There were no food or entertainment on this short flight. Friendly staff even before getting on the flight. The seats were snug but it was quick flight

Our 6.30am flight was boarded then cancelled to fly at 10.55am . We were flying to Brisbane to attend a funeral at 12 noon an hour away . This means missing the funeral due to unreliability of Virgin . Unimpressed !!
It was with Link Airways and the Saab 340 jet was noisy and little comfort.

My journey with Qatar Airways from Ahmedabad to Jacksonville on 3rd February 2026 was truly exceptional. The entire experience reflected comfort, care, and world-class service. Complimentary high-quality Wi-Fi throughout the journey was a welcome luxury, especially on a long-haul flight. The vegetarian meals were thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and served with attention to detail, along with a fine selection of snacks and beverages. The seat cushions are absolutely lacking, not sure if they know the passengers are traveling for 14 hours straight, but the padding made our back and butt ache like crazy. The entertainment console had its own problems, either the headphone jack wasn't working or the power outlet via usb or ac outlet was not working. Not to mention the seat handles were not adjustable in some planes in the middle or on the aisle. Qatar/Indigo may be operating a very old fleet of planes to make as much profit as possible, but passengers may not be following them for long, should this treatment of its customers continue. Qatar/Indigo, wake up and do it right by your customers, or they may not be your customers anymore.

It would help id flight crew were not rude and showed some courtesy. They were shouting at passengers and yelling instructions as if we were school children at lunch cafeteria!!
Friendly and discreet staff. Could have done with a few more offers of water/snacks overnight. Movie and tv selection notably poor. Seats not especially comfortable
I am a big person and have back pain and swelling in my legs, so this was a challenging flight due to confined space. I didn't find the crew very friendly either. I will think twice before flying long distances with Qatar again, due to the lack of legroom.
I wish I knew in advance that the connecting flight was by indigo air

It was excellent service in the snow storm gives us hotel and transportation. It will be more better if u can add one more meal because it’s a long flight boring journey. If you give extra meal time passes faster and can enjoy the trip better
Food quality and varites were very minimum. Surprised to have no desserts. Business class tickets should have lounge access and seats selection. They should be allowed to board while people with wheel chair, secial assistance and family with childrem.
Good one but just notice that you have to ask several time to get water or coffee .

The flight was over 1 hour late taking off ,when I arrived in Abu Dhabi ,I missed my connecting flight to Bangkok so I had to wait almost 6 hours for my flight arriving in Bangkok at 6:30 am ,So I missed a whole day of my vacation and my hotel room sat empty so I paid for hotel days that I was not there. In Abu Dhabi there was a woman that worked the desk at transfers that was so professional, courteous , helpful,and may I say absolutely beautiful .she got me food vouchers for my layover and was a very calming presence. Besides that I will never use Etihad again I will pay the Xtra money . I'm sure they won't read or see this but it's my "2 cents" I'll use an airline that respects me and my hard earned dollars
On this flight...fine. The one from India to Abu Dahbi, awful.
