The crew was excellent. The flight was delayed for 20 to 25 minutes. We did arrive a bit later than expected. The AC could have been better.

The crew was excellent. The flight was delayed for 20 to 25 minutes. We did arrive a bit later than expected. The AC could have been better.

Very disappointed with the seat selection. During the booking, I selected seats such that my wife and I would sit next to each other. However, during check-in, we found out that the airline changed our seats and we were seated apart; and I was stuck in the middle seat with two strangers. Very disappointing experience. We would not fly ANA next time.

Upgrade the comfort, food and attendants. Also we arrived in Houston in the morning. The meal they served two hours before our arrival was a dinner entree. It would have been a lot nicer and much more appropriate to have had breakfast.

Every leg of the flight was late causing us to miss our flight to Okinawa and have to take the next flight out.

Wonderful I would recommend it to fly & ride with ANA.

Flight delayed by one day and everything was so disorganized by the airline.

All the food seemed to have onions. I don't eat onions. Anyway, everything else was great. The biggest downside was the underpricer company that purchased the tickets from ANA. Underpricer never provided the United Airlines booking number. ANA was a code share and all our flights were on United. I finally was able get booking numbers from Ujuted on X. They saved me from the upsales underwriter tried to saddle my wife and me with.

Due to turbulence there was no inflight service, which is very understandable, The flight is very short, and safety is more important. There was a bit of a delay with take off, but was to be expected with the rain.

Overall the experience was ok. My two complaints are that the food is absolutely disgusting. The movies in the flight to Japan were a completely different selection than the ones on the way back. So if you’re looking forward to watching a certain move on the way back, think again.

Hard to explain because we thought we were booking ANA airlines, not ANA operated via United, so we were disappointed, but for what it’s worth, everything went smooth and loved the movie selections. The food was okay, processed and full of preservatives, so vs what we were expecting with ANA it was different

JAL is an exceptional airline that shows the true heart of Japanese omotenashi service. If the option is available I’ll always chose it

I love Japan Airlines! I go out of my way to book with them. It is regrettable that the One World Alliance includes American Airlines though. The last leg of my flight from LAX to Austin was easily the worst, most disorganized part of the trip. Next time I will plan to fly directly from DFW to Haneda to avoid American Airlines as much as possible.

Issue 1: We had a 2 hour delay to repair a windshield wiper, during which we sat on board on the runway. Issue 2: it was VERY HOT in the cabin for most of the flight, we were sweating. We asked to make it cooler. They didn’t succeed in doing so. Other than that, it was great. Fantastic food, and extremely pleasant, accommodating flight crew.

We asked for Hindu vegetarian meal in advance and the quality of the food was horrendous. Never flying JAL again!

My total experience was good. The food and entertainment need improvement.

Japan airline is excellent service .I recommend to Kayak and Japan airline to Frend.

My wife had vegetarian meal and food was meh. Needed to have a but more flavors instead of it being just boiled vegetables.

I wish I was able to flew with JAL all the way to DFW. After my JAL flight to Japan it was taken over by a flight with AA which is another experience, the plane was not as roomy like JAL. I was terrified to drop anything in the floor and not have the room to bend and pick it up. My wifi din not work at all, l just slept through majority of the flight. Although not a bad experience, I still wish that I flew JAL straight to DFW for the experience.

I would like to add American food so tired of rice after being there for 10 days didn’t want anymore to pay an airline did not have my bag marked right so it is still sitting in O’Hare. I am home.

Flight from New Delhi to Tokyo was mediocre. The seats were not of business class as we are used to. They were not wide enough. On the other hand the seats on the flight from Tokyo to San Francisco were excellent every thing were great except the food. Tokyo business lounge was excellent. The whole experience was great except the food on the plane. Will still fly JAL.

Business class points redemption - good value for points paid, dubious value if out of your own pocket, domestic class business product okay for this length of flight. The flight left and arrived on time, crew were good, aircraft was a bit old and tired, but still miles ahead of their competitors in Virgin and Jetstar.

Airline running better than post Covid, proper boarding process now implemented, some aircraft feeling a bit old and tired, crew fine, online experience better.

Five hour flight instead of four hours due to westerly headwinds which wasn’t the fault of Qantas !

The wifi was out. Otherwise it was great flight. Richard, as CSM, was excellent.

Was bumped to a later flight because of inefficiency on part of the airline.

The Emerits/Qantas flight was cancelled to Wellington. We need a refund. Had to buy another airline ticket. How do we get the refund. Still not in Wellington.

Delayed QF59 flight once again, Qantas doesn't fail in maintaining there delayed departures and arrivals. USB points do not work nor do the power point sockets on the plane, Qantas staff admitted that on the flight. Don't expect to your charge devices. Saving grace, was the ice cream. Bottom line, if you expect to fly to HND and make it on time avoid Qantas and if you're interested in ice cream - visit 7/11.

Pretty excellent. I don’t know what the pilot could have done better with the bumping ( there was a storm) nor what happened to my ears coming down into bendigo. It doesn’t happen coming down into Sydney just the return flight. I wonder why?

Loved the staff. The economy seats could have been bigger.

Airport and crew experience was excellent. We had to queue for the runway - no one’s fault, but it did mean we were 30 minutes late leaving

Overall good trip I find seats a bit hard. We were waiting on board for about an hour for 2 passengers with some document issue. This main our arrival late for our pickup person.

15kg allowance is outrageous. Change of time a few days before departure and more than 2 hours of delay in the end. The worse we’ve taken so far in Oceania.

They added the weight of my back to the carryon luggage and charged me NZ$75 for being over 7 kg.

stuck in the aircraft for over three hours due to engineering work, significantly delayed and made a lot of passengers missed the connecting transport, no mention any compensation

Very quiet plane!! One of the quietest planes we have been on.

Jetsatar refused to take my foldable stroller in the plane, despite following all the rules on dimensions and packaging. Similar thing happened on our previous fight. However, at that instance, they offered to check in the stroller. At this fight, the staff was rude, trying to rush us to board the flight. They made excuses that the stroller was not allowed and even offer to leave it behind and ship it back at our own cost. Fortunately, we had someone else attending. Since the flight was about to take off, they left it behind and send it back to us on the next available flight.

Overall, it was good. The only concern was that I couldn't charge my phone because the USB port didn't work after we took off. One of the crew members tried to restart it but never came back to me with an update.

Comfortable seats, boarding was easy and staff were very nice.

Flight was fine but a domestic flight was called by Jetstar international. This meant going through immigration and custom scanning twice. Long queues were experienced which were frustrating. We were using a wheelchair and exit at Perth needed a scissor lift as no air bridge provided. No fast lane at Perth for wheelchair. The staff were helpful but this system is poor.

The crew were great. The seat was older than an old Holden with a big metal bar sticking right into my back. The passenger next to me complained that hers was the same. The pre purchase system for food was disappointing as the pie/quiche took 20 mins to warm up, arrived too hot and with no utensils. It was one of the most uncomfortable flights I've ever been on.
