Flight from New Delhi to Tokyo was mediocre. The seats were not of business class as we are used to. They were not wide enough. On the other hand the seats on the flight from Tokyo to San Francisco were excellent every thing were great except the food. Tokyo business lounge was excellent. The whole experience was great except the food on the plane. Will still fly JAL.

The entree wasn’t very good. The rice was soggy. The side dishes were all good though. The breakfast was also good. The crew were excellent, as usual.

JAL using the state of art A350-1000 for JFK to HND It’s a great plane to fly Very comfortable with lower cabin altitude Quieter cabin Wider seats Big tv screen Excellent service and catering

The flight attendants were excellent as usual however the meal wasn’t the usual good quality. There is cooked rice was mushy.

This flight was leg 2 of 2 leg journey. The staff at baggage re-drop in Tokyo were fabulous. Once at gate when time to board, had to take standing room bus to the tarmac to board. Did not like getting out to plane and having to wait 5 minutes until they opened bus door.

It's a domestic flight, but still the JAL quality shone through. The crew were polite and helpful and even prepared little gifts / souvenirs for the children on the flight, and everyone got a simple drink. The free wifi for entertainment on the personal device was also a great boon, and the shows surprisingly decent. Would recommend.

Allow gold card holders (Group 1) to board with their guest like other One World carriers do

Checked baggage process is confusing and time consuming especially when checking oversized bags. Very slow agents didn't help.

Website from the 1990s, super frustrating customer support, inflight experience merely OK - more like United than e.g. Emirates

The seats are significantly more comfortable than US airlines and the staff are much friendlier. The food is also much better, as they are particularly accommodating to any dietary restrictions.

My wife and I liked everything except the cold breakfast

My wife and I liked almost everything about ANA except for the economy seat space and the cold breakfast (croissant which seemed to just come out of the fridge)

The overall experience was ok, though there was certainly room for improvement. My husband was asked to check his carry-on bag at the gate due to claims that the flight was “full.” However, upon boarding, we observed ample overhead space and several empty rows of seats. This made the request appear unnecessary and caused some discomfort, particularly as he was the only passenger singled out for this procedure.

Excellent service and comfortable seats. Friendly and helpful staff. No food for a 3hr flight over lunch time which was surprising (or is that a feature of domestic flights in Japan?)

The flight was smooth, but there were not enough options for meals and I was given beef when I do not eat beef. The flight going was much better because we received more snacks.

Thankful for the staff who provided blankets cause the plane was quite cold and no way to adjust the airflow in the seats next to the bathroom.

This was the best airline I’ve ever taken. The staff are amazing. The food was great. The pilot was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this airline.

Uh there was a delay, because of the weather. And what took usually an hour flight to Louisville took about 6+ hours. Flight got canceled

There wasn't much entertainment for my short flight but the onboarding process was smooth and the crew provided wonderful service. The seats were also reasonably comfy. Great flight.

Flight attendant took good care of my mom as she boarded on and off the aircraft from her wheelchair. I did not care much for the food nor the movie options Available. I appreciated the increased legroom available in economy. This was one of the main reasons we chose the airline. Overall, the good value and I would fly again.

Pretty excellent. I don’t know what the pilot could have done better with the bumping ( there was a storm) nor what happened to my ears coming down into bendigo. It doesn’t happen coming down into Sydney just the return flight. I wonder why?

Loved the staff. The economy seats could have been bigger.

Airport and crew experience was excellent. We had to queue for the runway - no one’s fault, but it did mean we were 30 minutes late leaving

Overall good experience with flight and airport wheelchair staff. Also got Indian food in the flights

I liked the service, the menu, and the comfort of the seats! Even tho we were seated by the bathrooms, the reclining seats and movie selection was very good, my husband and I didn’t mind at all

Very good as always, stand out airline. The passengers whom choose to stuff baggage that otherwise should be checked-in is a real bother but that's not the airlines doing. A real frustration that passengers just don't want to check-in luggage. This is a pet hate unfortunately.

It’s a two prop flight so I had problems with my ears on re- entering ! But otherwise fine

I love flying with Qantas. There was no onscreen entertaining on this flight, and only a snack provided (not a meal) but still better than Jetstar or Virgin (in my opinion) so still happy.

The food was terrible. And the flight attendants were very rude. One flight attendant wouldn’t help a passenger lift their carry-on. Another flight attendant wouldn’t give a man an extra blanket. And they walked by not even looking at the passengers to see if they needed a glass of water.

Wheelchair assistance to move through the terminals and to/from the plane door was excellent. No vegan snack on the flight, only something with salami and cheese in it.

Overall, it was good. The only concern was that I couldn't charge my phone because the USB port didn't work after we took off. One of the crew members tried to restart it but never came back to me with an update.

Comfortable seats, boarding was easy and staff were very nice.

Flight was fine but a domestic flight was called by Jetstar international. This meant going through immigration and custom scanning twice. Long queues were experienced which were frustrating. We were using a wheelchair and exit at Perth needed a scissor lift as no air bridge provided. No fast lane at Perth for wheelchair. The staff were helpful but this system is poor.

The crew were great. The seat was older than an old Holden with a big metal bar sticking right into my back. The passenger next to me complained that hers was the same. The pre purchase system for food was disappointing as the pie/quiche took 20 mins to warm up, arrived too hot and with no utensils. It was one of the most uncomfortable flights I've ever been on.

Not very good, no food and not drink ( caffe or tea). Never ever fly with jet star.

Fabulous I have no issues with JetStar great service always use them to fly

Flight was as expected - we got what we paid for which was a base fare

Hardly we had overweight and we were asked to pay $75. We were checked by a female and weight was alright

Unaware of charge for carry on until i got to gate

I got what I paid for - flight was clean, staff were friendly
