Got leg cramps trying to shuffle out sideways stooped over row of seats in front and rear hitting faces of occupants in my row. Refuse to fly on this airline any more until reasonable seat spacing is provided for price paid. Don't like standing up the whole flight because one cannot get into or out of seat."

Space is the number one priority on a flight across the Pacific, and Qantas really doesn't understand that. I've taken Delta, American, and United across both ponds. Stick with them! After all, I can make my own food."

Pros: "We were late arriving due to roadworks at the entrance to the airport leading us miles out of our way due to poor signage Baggage had closed and the Qantas staff were excellent in ensuring that we caught the flight .Well done !"

Cons: "A jacket of ours was accidentally left on the plane, and when I returned 5 minutes later I was not allowed to retrieve it. So I went to flight services to try and retrieve the jacket and they did almost nothing to try and help me get it. In fact we ultimately lost the jacket because they told us that they probably threw it away with all of the blankets and pillows from the flight. That was very frustrating."

Cons: "The reason for an OK overall is that I left a personal item on the flight. I contacted the airline an hour after my flight landed and they showed no urgency to recover my item that had a lot of value to me. If they could have pages the cleaning crew on the ground, I'm sure I would have recovered my notebook. Instead they told me to check 4 hours later. When i did check 4 hours later, they told me to check in 2-3 days. When i checked in 2-3 days they asked if I filed a report. Which I wanted to on the same day but was told not needed. Very disappointing ground services."

Cons: "Why do they use QF flight number between Hobart and Sydney/Melbourne when it is operated by JETStar? As a customer I naturally expect I can get the same service from JETStar as Qantas.However I had to check out my heavy luggage at Sydney Airport, get a shuttle bus paying money and check in again at JETStar. The JETStar staff at the airport was not helpful at all! On the contrary she BLUNTLY told me JETStar is a different company from QANTAS. That's all. At Hobart Airport I was BLUNTLY told again I had to get my luggage at Melbourne Airport and check in again because they didn't have facility to forward the luggage to Qantas. I understand Qantas and JETStar are allied airlines and so they should give the same service as any other allied airlines. I need good explanation about these poor service from JETStar and Qantas. Thank you ."

Cons: "The meals schedule and the portion. Only one full meal on a 14 hrs flight not sufficent. Espaciallhy that we have to wait 1 h in the plane before depqrting due to an electrical issue. Snacks were served on regular basis but are quite questionable ( apple, M&M, mini burger, not sifficient drink offered except for water."

What happened to biscuits and cheese? Not trendy any longer i presume. Even Qantas serve that! No wine. Again, ridiculous. Condescending stewards, if that's what you are supposed to call them these "woke" days."

Nothing major, just not as great as my previous experience with this airline."

Cons: "The line for the Bag drop was much longer than anticipated (usually fly with Qantas which is v. quick & automated), meaning I nearly missed the flight."

Pros: "All stages went well, which is just what we wanted after a very early start. We just wanted to get home with the minimum of fuss....and that's exactly what happened. Plenty of notice was given about the change of departure gate so that wasn't a problem. Friendly staff, nice snack and a good cup of coffee to keep us going."
