The website is deceptive and tries to get you to check-in without mentioning the excess charge. Employees seem to enjoy gouging customers at the terminal. Charge for soda? Employees were rude. Cons: - There was a massive line for boarding and it took a while. We ended up leaving a little late because of it. - The crew overlooked the row I was in a few times. We had to call for assistance to get rubbish removed. - One of the toilets didn't have running water in the basin from the second hour of the flight onwards. - The galley in the back was locked for most of the trip. - The food wasn't cooked properly. - Everyone was asked if they wanted a drink with my meal except for me.

Cons: They didn’t advise of the extreme low weight limit for carryon luggage until you get to the gate! Then slap on extreme checkin rates to get the bag onto the plan!

Cons: The plane is very basic no entertainment very dull.

Pros: Delhi to Singapore all Gud . Singapore’s to Perth all Gud but after Perth to broome no wheel chair access was provided

Cons: In flight entertainment system was not working. Then again, who expected an in-flight entertainment system at this price point?!

Pros: Domestic flight, no entertainment on board staff just, can't even get a glass of water,

Cons: City of Yulara had a city wide communications failure. Other airlines had backup plans to get passengers out with a manual procedure. Jetstar didn't have a manual process and failed to get us on the plane. I missed my connection and they didn't help with my lost ticket. I ended up buying a new international ticket.
