Cons: The flight was extremely delayed and appeared to be the turn around time due to the flight arrival time and the passengers on the flight unloading. I note that my departure flight was also delayed significantly. This return flight delay caused me to miss my flight, even though I had a good buffer.

Pros: Price was good. Flight was delayed due to delay in incoming flight, and explanation was clear.

Cons: My poor spine does not like budget airline seats at all.

Pros: Time of boarding and the flight were fast and on time.

Cons: Having to put my own luggage tags on only to be told by a fit man “ they’re upside down!’l he should’ve put them On !!

Pros: The crew was amazing. Super nice and acodating.

Cons: They don’t tell you that you have to pay for baggage and that if you pay at the airport it is 3x the amount! I was astonished and I felt lied to!

Pros: Helpful checkin staff and air stewards. Ran on time and would pick Tiger over Jetstar.

Cons: Flight was cancelled at the last minute. Jetstar doesn't have a customer service line you can call so it was very difficult to re-book. The chat was clunky and not compatable with mobile phone. Then they couldn't refund the extra fees I had paid for assigned seats - that is a "different chat site" though I was reassigned a Quantas ticket and given tickets that had us split up on that flight. They couldn't give me a booking number or anything like that for the Quantas flight either. I will just save the hassle and fly with Quantas next time. Unimpressed with JetStar and their customer service was terrible. Still out the refund money and frankly it is worth it not to have to deal with them again.

Cons: On time, attitude of Virgin ground crew in Sydney (only one) seat were tiny and uncomfortable.

Cons: I went online to put that I needed gluten free food and when everyone else was getting their food I was told no gluten free food on domestic flights so I got no food. You need to take that option off of your website if you don’t intend to serve people with celiac.

Pros: No complaints, except that on a 2 hour flight from Adelaide, I forgot to pre order vegetarian food, and the selection on the flight was inadequate. There was no hot vego meal, and I had to make do with snacks. And I was looking forward to having a 'better' meal, not just crackers or nuts or chips. After a day of work, one looks forward to a flight with the enjoyment of eating. The vegetarian menu is good,with Tiger so long as you remember to pre order!

Pros: I couldn't get to the Flight. I was told that the boarding closed. I reached there exact 30 minutes before the Flight. I didn't receive my Itenary Email and Flight Details in Email from BYO Jets.

Cons: Flight Canceled because they did not have a first officer that was within legal regulations to fly the leg. I had to stay the night in Adelaide, missing my morning appointment in Sydney and still pay for the hotel I booked in Sydney for that night. I had to pay for the cab back to the airport. I'm told I can go on line for refund as if I haven't already been inconvenience enough I have to deal with that. To add insult to injury my aisle seat was changed to a middle.

Pros: The price and ease of use to buy the tickets were amazing.

Cons: I bought travel insurance to ensure that if anything came up, the trip would be covered. Because of the fire in Australia and my asthma, my doctor recommended I no longer go on the trip. With my doctor's note, we were able to get a full refund on our airBnB rentals, but not on our flights. Turns out the travel insurance doesn't cover natural disasters and pre-existing conditions. It only covered if I got a disease right now and my doctor said I couldn't travel now. When we bought the tickets, the fires weren't drastically destroying much of the country's landscape and the air quality. I was still able to cancel the trip, but I only got $358 back from my $758 travel payment, and it cost me $100 processing fee. I pretty much only got $258 back. I also paid $50 for travel insurance that didn't really cover anything. I don't think I'm ever going to buy travel insurance ever again. It is what it is, and my health is more important than money...but still...

Pros: Short flight, and getting a meal made it go faster

Pros: Seat material (leather) and cushion was comfortable.

Cons: No leg room, my knees were pressed into the back of the seat in front, which became very painful. No wriggle room without disturbing person alongside. A ridiculous "snack". What happened to biscuits and cheese? Not trendy any longer i presume. Even Qantas serve that! No wine. Again, ridiculous. Condescending stewards, if that's what you are supposed to call them these "woke" days.

Pros: We were given delay updates regularly, even when the delay time remained consistent.

Cons: We had to empty our water bottles prior to getting on board which felt like a waste of resources. If it is necessary to do so, maybe it would be beneficial for the staff to let us know why we have to dump clean water down the drain.

Cons: We booked through Kayak and weren't told that when you book a flight with Jetstar, you get NO BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE. ZERO, ZIP, NIL. We didn't know this and assumed like other Australian and New Zealand carriers, we would each get one free bag, so I went online and paid $25 for a third bag. When we checked in for a domestic flight, we were told that we would have to pay $400 to send our luggage with us. THAT WAS MORE THAN WE PAID FOR OUR SEATS! We were also told that had we paid for our luggage ahead of time, it would have only been $60. Be very careful if you fly this airline. Make sure you know what is and what is not included with your ticket, especially if you use a third party to purchase your tickets. PS - All drinks (including coffee, tea, soda, etc.)are extra. Frankly, I'm surprised they don't charge for using the toilet in flight

Pros: Watching the hand luggage scale being wheeled out by a cranky employee was delightful

Cons: A woman who clearly couldn’t speak English having her weighed parcel thrown off said scale when the worker got too impatient with her. A cup of sunshine wouldn’t have gone astray

Cons: Price of everything else Seat allocation which is obviously designed to make me pay more for a change. Luggage allowance including EVERYTHING (I am a small person, perhaps there could be tiers of weight allowance for those that don't weigh so much!!

Cons: Boarding exceptionally slow due to intensive screening of each passengers hand luggage. Opportunististic for making an extra $36/bag if a gram over 7. Seat unable to recline. Literally not enough room for legs and needed to sit sideways and I’m not that tall!

Pros: Miss Rankin was on board with me. She traveled to the back of the plane to an empty seat next to me from seat 9F.

Cons: Awful customer service and ridiculous baggage costs. We were traveling internationally and didn't have internet access at the time. We didn't realize we needed to "pre-check" our bags. It cost us double the amount of our flight cost to check our bags. They also carefully checked carry on weight at the ticket counter but then never tagged the bags and we had to have them reweighed at the gate. They also were ridiculously strict on carryon weight per bag. Don't get their policy when my husband and I weigh a total of 300 pds together and they can't be flexible on 1kg of carry-on weight. They also said they took American express cards (which does not charge us an exchange fee) and their machines wouldn't accept it, so I was charged an extra 3% via my credit card. Staff were surly and not helpful. Will never use Jetstar again

Cons: Was charged 50$ at check in at airport for luggage. It was a carry on size they said it was over weight had flown with same items on several different airlines, Quantas, American, and virgin no one else stop me. If this is how they get the ticket cheap, just state that upfront. So I know and am not surprised at airport.

Pros: Seat 26A had a faulty back support, with protruding metal spring/wire.
