Really bad experience – delayed for 6 hours without any notice, no food or drinks provided, and stuck in the horrible Cartagena airport.

My biggest complaint is the comfort. I am not tall and there was no legroom. It was very uncomfortable. During my transfer in Sao Paola, the flight was slightly delayed so boarding was confusing because there were no instructions in English.

The boarding and new bag drop-off process was confusing and causing massive delays.

It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips

On time. At least they offer a drink and a small snack. Plane was clean

Airline lost my luggage and after 20 days it has not been returned nor refunded any money.

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

No air in the middle rows. Had a hard time breathing. Was dying of heat.

Awful, horrible customer service. Flight got delayed and had to spend y the night in Bogota as a result. Very poor

Hostile flight attendants. Second flight with Jose so much better. Arrived 1/2 hour early. Thanks.
