Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

Not good. Expected a lot more as far as excellence.

I found it weird that the quality of the flight different from Australia to Doha than the Doha to Berlin leg. The quality of the toiletries pack (was in a box from Australia) and then a proper bag from Doha. The biggest variation was the inflight entertainment, which had a significantly shorter amount of content compared to the Doha flight. My QSuite seat was also broken and did not recline all the way flat. Wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t be happy if I’d paid cash for the flight.

Overall it was a very good experience. Boarding was efficient and well organized. The cabin crew were excellent. The meals were tasty and quite filling. The warm bread rolls were a nice touch. Seats were comfortable even if they were a little narrow. Entertainment selection was excellent.

Bad experience with the delay n long wait time for connecting flight after missing the connection flight from Doha.

From home to the airport, you must mention the terminal ready.

I had never seen any cabin crews behaving like that. They are not at all professionally fit for this job

Overall good but staff in the place looked extremely tired after 8hrs in 14 hrs journey and then service was cut short and response time for calls increased in later part of flight. Food was ok not astonishing

Very very poor service. Authorities must take action against this airline immediately. Total failure to follow the rules and regulations of an international airline

The 2nd flight from Doha to Mumbai was not of international level expected while booking with Qatar

My experience it was okay but have many thinks to be better. For example the food, the comfort.

On time. At least they offer a drink and a small snack. Plane was clean

For bus boarding, group 1 should have been sent on a separate bus ahead of the general boarding. It would have been nice.

They offered food. The crew passed by again offering water. I enjoyed the two seating section. I think is very comfortable instead of the three seat way, unless you seat in the middle; which it's not bad, but I wouldn't prefer. All and all, I think the lay out of the seating rows are better than other airlines so far( I haven't tried many anyways). The lay out makes the getting in and out to use the restroom less uncomfortable and cramped. First time flying with Latam. I will fly with them again

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.

No air in the middle rows. Had a hard time breathing. Was dying of heat.

Flight was great Customer service was questionable until we found someone at checkin to help us. One young lady took all our passports disappeared for 15 minutes, came back with nothing done, handed to someone else and left for lunch. Very complacent. Baggage was very expensive until we went to the service counter and a separate person helped us. Even with platinum status they wouldn’t allow free bags. We will continue to fly Delta as our preferred carrier but will avoid checking in with Latam. Dr. Armand Radke

We had 2 delayed LATAM flights in our trip. We were only given one coffee for 5 hours delay. Also when we were boarding the crew wanted to charge us for our allowed carry on luggage. I got a bit angry and they finally didn’t charge anything. Not flying with LATAM again.

Too many canceled flights and kept my wife and I separated on alternate flights. We did not fly out of Denver. We paid a lot of money for the seats we wanted and now that money is gone and we did not sit together. That being said, the many agents were very friendly and did everything possible to help us.

Everything could’ve been better. The boarding process was a little tedious, and then they put me in a seat with the window did not open, which gave me a very uncomfortable feeling considering I had told them that. The entertainment system didn’t work for quite some time and because I had to heavily medicate myself to not have a panic attack I missed dinner and barely ate anything on the flight. Not to mention the religious man next to me, praying mostly and humming the whole flight.

Everyone on board was great. It was just super late and we missed our connection in Frankfurt, and had to power through jet lag while we waited 4 hours in the terminal. My family missed a big welcome dinner in Berlin.

Crew seemed annoyed by the fact we were there. Very unpleasant

Lady was a bit rude during boarding and I was being nice to her.

An hour and a half late is UNACCEPTABLE. The negative impact to our family is unconscionable. And for the price we were forced to pay...

I’ve had a couple flights this week on United that were delayed by an hour or more

Generally good but there wasn’t any staff available when my luggage didn’t appear at baggage claim in Fresno. It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the room where it was being kept.

The service was non existent . Crew did very little didn’t even answer call button . Premium economy in this long haul was the worst I have ever experienced . Never again flying with them .

The plane was delayed 2 hours. The wifi did not work. The seat in first class was not comfortable because the bottom felt like it lost all of its padding. And I did not like when the flight attendant made me wait at my seat to use the bathroom and didn't tell me why. If there were too many people using the 1st Class bathroom, she should have told me to go in the back, coach bathrooms. I guess I have to feel fortunate that they found 2 local pilots to still fly the plane tonight after the original pilots ended up at an airport 60 miles away due to high winds.

Easier to get to the Wi-Fi they should give more snacks and ask if you want more drinks and I think nuts would be better than cookies

My flight from LAX to toronto, of 6 hrs, and no food was served. I expected lunch but they gave only a soft drink and a biscut. Very sorry to say it was terrible.

El, the trans actions indicated that the purchase and flight was by Air Canada. I over when I get to the airport. Air Canada says no that’s a United airline ticket. I was redirected to the United airline counter to check in. It was impossible for me to check in prior to the airport because Air Canada and recognize my reservation or ticket number.

We were late, seats were so uncomfortable, and snacks were weak. The staff was sitting in the back seats most of the flight eating and playing on their phones. I would've moved seats to that row if I'd known they were available. Never got my hot water.

Food and drink were not good and they only served 2 times in a 12 hour flight

First time flying with Air Canada and very impressed! We will definitely book with them for future trips.

I appreciated the flight was on schedule but the crew told us that the flight would be delayed because of an air craft queue to take off. Instead of us arriving at 11.55pm, we were in Toronto at something past 2am which was a massive disadvantage on my part.

I liked the early check in. Flight was a bit bumpy due yo weather. Overall, everything went well.

Not full, so lots of room, which is really the only thing that can make flying economy more comfortable. Direct to Toronto is great! I didn't eat or use the entertainment.

Fresh fuit or veg snacks would be so great, but there are two good restaurants in Denver airport. Try Etais UDIS or Freshens DIA for nutritious delicious pita sandwiches/ donairs and crepes in Freshens.
