Pros: "What did I like??? Um, EVERYTHING! First off I got a great price under $850 round trip to NRT from LAX was a steal! They let you check two large suit cases plus a carry on and a personal item. That all FREE!!! I travel pretty light but it was great to know they don't Nickle and dime you for bags or anything else for that matter. Staff looks amazing and treats you first class even when your in economy. They are so polite and really genuinely want to give you a above and beyond experience. And they over achieve at it! They meals are great and very satisfying. The planes are big and roomy even in economy seats. On our return flight we had a brand new plane which had a sleek touch screen monitor and controller. There mad tons of media available (articles, language games, games, movies, tv shows and more) with USB ports to charge devices on each seat. Plus 10inch personal monitors. Earbuds were included free of charge, aswell as socks toothbrush and tooth paste. They have is two big meals on our direct flight (awesome that they have direct flights). Plus, they offered free snacks too and gave us a full can of soda vs. a small cup. They come through several times offering coffee, tea, water and snacks. All free of charge. This was my first time flying Singapore Airlines and I loved it!!! I wish Everyone was this amazing! Norwegian Airlines was the opposite as far as charging for everything! Had to pay each stop for any luggage ($100 per checked bag). No meals free or charge. They wanted money for everything! And yea a skimpy sandwich was $9.00 :(."

The file reference we were given wasn't recognised by the Qantas website, the three phone numbers in Bangkok just gave a 'number disconnected' message and one was no answer. We had to cancel a planned event on day two and shop for clothes for a specific activity on day three. The only way to make contact with Qantas was via Instagram, Luggage did appear but so far no contact or apology from Qantas. We will not fly with Qantas again. Virgin Australia is our carrier of choice who outperform Qantas in every respect. This flight was gifted so we had no choice."

So I moved, to be removed by Sarah (stewardess) and put back in Tow 75. Then she put two of her friends in Row 50. When I walked up later to get my bag, there was still an empty Row 50 seat, but her friiends’ purses were in the seat, and they reluctantly removed the items when I insisted to sit there. Sarah should have left me in Row 50 and not made me move back to 75."

Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap."
Cons: "This was a return flight I was taking. But even though I paid for a bag when booking, Kayak only booked the bag on the flight over. It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."

Ok, i am still fine, so I ran to this are and reached at 1:45 PM ie 55 min before my departure time of 2:40 PM. Tye lady “Ms Nurul Aisha”, instead of helping me, started pointing fingers and saying its my fault and wated 15 mins in arguments and then she called the gate and wasted another 15 min in Chit Chat. Funally she said, its too late and you have to buy a new ticket! Is this a joke, in my knowledge this is a fraud and they should be held accountable. As I type this, i am stuck at Singapore airport, my hotel paymennt for today in Phuket (nearlly $800 is wasted) as I cant reach there now today and in addition, i would have to buy a new ticket. This is the worst airline and customer service, instead of helping me there lady said “Your are arrogant”, “Its your fault” etc etc"

Our connecting flight was late so we went to the ticket counter to try to rebook and found it abandoned. At 45 minutes before departure they leave. They charged us full fare to rebook including the baggage fees. I realize that I agreed that my ticket was not refundable. However there is no reason that the bag fees are not credited for the next flight. And if they are not at the service desk they should allow you to rebook for the normal rebooking fee and not charge full price to reschedule"
