The flight went well. However the leg room in coach class is very very tight. We arrived early but could not get to the gate early….sadly. Also something about off loading cargo- we had to wait to deplane. There was not clear explanation for that.

The cramped seats are cruel and unusual punishment and may violate the Geneva code.

I love FRA - LCY route. So much better compared to the FRA - LHR route and the price differential is ZERO

I don't know about the others but the flight attendant that took care of us had the absolute wrong approach "how do we dare asking for water or anything else for that matter"

Good but could be better for comfort and entertainment aspect

It was ok. Our flight was delayed 2 hours, and then again on arrival. The explanation given felt feeble.

Captain sick. Unable to get replacement so delayed me 30 hours, many others delayed 54 hours. TOTALLY DESTROYED ALL MY PLANS, including lost my rental car which would now cost over 5 times what I paid so stuck with buses n trains... lost hotel reservations.... HORRIBLE!!!

I always have issues to connect with BA WIFI. Nothing to blame BA for but there is always an issue getting a gate at any London Airport whether the flight is on time or delayed. But overall a great flight.

Plane is old. Toilet did not work. Once in Singapore the continuation to London was cancelled.

More Indian vegetarian food options would have been better Availability of seat selection free of charge 72 hours before departure would be great
