Cons: "After 7hrs, the "before landing" snacks into JFK are crisps, chocolate, I suppose it does the job...latest cut backs. Chess game beat me :)"
Pros: "The snack provided onboard was tasty. The flight attendants took their job seriously."
Cons: "Southwest Airlines style seating with a foldable tray table over a middle seat. Sold as a business class cabin at a high price for an hour and a half flight but we left feeling ripped off. No boarding order and overall chaos boarding. I feel that for the price and being advertised as business class I was taken for a ride so to speak, and not in a good way. This would not qualify as business class on any other airline irregardless of how short the leg was."
Cons: "Cramped seats. Entertainment system did not work well."
Pros: "The crew was nice in the wake of being delayed for hours."
Cons: "Check in took forever. I wasn't able to check in online and was told "this is the price you pay" when I received word that my wife and I wouldn't be sitting together. Then we went to board far later than we were supposed to. After boarding the plane we sat for easily a half hour not moving with no information. Then find out there is scheduled maintenance which would be another hour. AC was shut off and got hot. Started to deplane but we were in back and didn't make it because they reveresed their decision. Got back on and said we would be leaving shortly. In all we say on the plane over 3 hours prior to take off. Never flying with your company again. Easily the worst experience flying ever."
Pros: "We had ONE customer service rep in Heathrow who was incredibly helpful and tried to help get us home. She was wonderful."
Cons: "Their delayed flight from Milan to London caused us to miss our flight from London to NY, and thus our flight from NY to Denver, which was standby. When we explained how difficult it would be to catch another flight to Denver from NY with it being the weekend, and attempting to get a flight to another airport with higher chances of getting us home, their customer service rep informed us that as long as they 'fulfilled their contract' to get us to NY, it wasn't really their problem how we got home (or couldn't get home) after that."
Cons: "Four hours before departure, the flight was canceled! Unfortunately, the ticket workers were too few in trying to reboot all the passengers. I was transferred to United after an hour and a half wait but was sent back to Aer Lingus (who was operating the flight for BA) by United because the Aer Lingus ticket personnel made the reservation on United but failed to provide the information necessary to generate the ticket. Never British Airways/ Aer Lingus again!"
Pros: "I liked the comfort of the seats and the service I received onboard."
Cons: "I found out when I got to the airport that my flight was delayed for 3 hours. I never received an email regarding this information. That was extremely disappointing. This whole travel experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth about flying with this airline. Even my flight on the way back was a nightmare. The flight was closed early and I missed my flight and had to get on a later flight out of Heathrow. My connection was delayed and they changed the gate at the last minute so I had to run through the airport to make my flight to Dc. This has by far been the worst travel situation and it really put a damper on my trip."
Cons: "Booked 6 exit row seats only to have half of us moved. Somehow Cyprus is short haul? So no free soft drinks or food! The crew ran out of much of the menu."
Cons: "No snacks or drinks (not even water) was provided free of charge. Everything was for purchase...really!?"
Pros: "We had to wait on an extremely hot bus for the plane to be ready. There was no need for us to be on the bus."

Cons: "Didn't serve two meals despite the price; uncomfortable seats (seated right behind the bathroom); being offered a drink was few and far between; and we have two wait over two hours due to a delay at our layover city because of BA system failures"

Pros: "I liked everything! Free drinks, movies on demand on the seat-back screen on the seat in front of you... comfortable seats. I would definitely fly BA again!! (The American Airlines return flight was a bit less desirable in all categories. Comparatively, BA was awesome!)."

Cons: "Online check-in was not possible, neither on ba.com nor on aer lingus (flight was operated by aer lingus). I had not possibility to choose a seat. I called are lingus consumers services who said this was due to the fact, that I had a BA booking. At the airport I was told most seat were pre-reservered. There was no indication during the booking process that this might be the case. The plane was rather small, with litte space. I am rather small person and had difficulties."

Cons: "No entertainment. Few passengers were standing in the middle of the isle having a loud conversation. We had an overnight flight from us so we wanted to rest. Asked the flight attendand if it is ok for passengers to have a party like this. He told me off. He said "if you have a problem you tell them". I asked if it is a safety issue standing on the corridor like so. He told me, "I am fine with it"
Pros: "Almost nothing but I was comfortable"
Cons: "There was one crew member that spoiled The lot. When I had trouble with my bag fitting she wa no help. She in kinder words told me to figure it out. When I asked if there was a way to check it at the jet bridge she replied that I should have done it out there. To which I replied that they should have told me there was limited room. Needless to say I had to figure it out without any help from any crew. Which was crazy to me because on other flights I had more than one person taking my bag for me or trying it other places. Later the same woman was loudly accused of skipping a row of a dad trying to wrangle his children. When he confronted her she addresses him sharply and made him wait to get food though he had two young children with him. I'm sure skipping a row is easy to do especially if there is a lot Of activity but it didn't stop there another crew member began to bash the man while they were continuing to pass out food in front of other passengers and she did not stop him. I understand wanting your fellow crew members to know you are with them but it is completely unprofessional to do it in front of other passengers and needs to be saved for "closed" quarters. Worst and most unprofessional portion of my trip."
Cons: "Flight was an hour late and the lines for immigration were more than half an hour. Little legroom."
Pros: "My flight was delayed by 30 min and therefore I had to reschedule my flight from London to Frankfurt! That made me lose 3 hrs at the airport!"
