I was through check-in right away and on the plane before I knew it perfect in every way

Plane was ancient, poor seating, layover time for flight to Raleigh was insanely short and total disaster, plane arrived in Vancouver late, luggage did not arrive in Raleigh with Raleigh flight. I lost cell phone in customs because of rushing to catch next flight.

this flight was exceptional due to the plane itself being updated with longer seat belts so no need for the extender and access to a tv.

3rd time in a row on an international flight a massive delay. Third time in a row on an international flight that Air Canada rebooks the missed flight for the next day, third time in a row I have to start a fight with Air Canada to get the money back they should pay me back for the inability of this airline to fly on time and do the decent thing

the snack at the end was an improvement of previous flights of a year ago . crew were responsive and gave good service

Flight was delayed for over an hour making our connecting flight impossible to make. No notification that we had been bumped to another flight. Was told my bag would stay at the airport. Got to my hotel and got notified I needed to pick it up. Come all the way back to the airport to find I didn’t need to pick it up and the app glitched. They did at least put me on the next available flight. No offer for money back or compensation for time lost due to being home a day later. No compensation for food as it was only good for anything in the airport. Not outside it. They did at least book the hotel and the gate agent was very helpful. But I did not appreciate them giving my seats away to stand by people while I was sprinting through the airport to try and make it to a flight I was late for through no fault of my own. If they did not let stand by on I would have been on my flight as they did allow two people before me on
