We were not sat together for the longeset duration of our travel very uncomfortable didnt enjoy that they fed us at 2 am

We boarded late and it snowballed from there. Had to wait behind 6 other flights to take off before us. Then, arriving late to our destination, we had to circle in the air for 20 minutes. If that's not enough, the seats are very cramped on their iteration if the A321neo. I'm 6"3' tall and my knees were pressed against the seat in front of me. These are not the slimline seats that offer less cushion with more leg room. I had no room to move my legs. Since I am an adult male, I also had no shoulder room. I sat on an aisle seat to have some space to lean my should out. But the walkway seemed to be more narrow than I am used to see. I felt bad for the middle passenger because there was just no where for me to put my shoulders except into the middle seat person. I don't plan to fly in this airline again in this configuration. Pack everyone in and lose my business.

The flat bed full lying position is not comfortable at all, this could be improved, it is at an awkward position which i dont have the same issues with other airlines business class.

Very routh cabin crew food is only 2 meals for 13 hours fry with them They should get better training how to service good super routh language and talking with customer

staff are super nice and effiecient! It was a very comfortable and relaxing flight

I was ordered vegetarian food, but didn't services to me :(

All of the staff were very helpful, polite I was very satisfied with China Airlines The food was normal for airlines but I’m sure they could do better

For a long-haul flight, the crew did a very good job of keeping the lavatories clean and the aisles clear.

My BIG complaint was that my second flight was also delayed. That's very aggravating after traveling for 18 hours already.

I’m really impressed with air China…first time -and I will book again without hesitation! :)
