The staff were fantastic, very professional, friendly and helpful. On board wine and food was surprising with some gluten and dairy free options and a sparkling Tempus Two.

I purchased MoveMe to allow me to change to an earlier flight if my schedule changed. It did, and I arrived at the airport over an hour before the earlier flight was due to depart. I attempted to use the MoveMe option at the check in Kiosk and discovered it is not available at the kiosk. On speaking to a ground staff member, she advised that I was in plenty of time to move to the earlier flight, she confirmed that on a recent print out there were quite a few seats available and I simply had to go to the Service Desk.... which had a queue of approx. 8 people. Unfortunately, it took approx 20 mins to get served and it was now too late to get on the flight. If Tigerair are not resourced to efficiently manage face to face service then the MoveMe option must be available through the kiosk. This was an incredible waste of my time with well over 2 hours spent at the airport.

It is a budget airline so don't expect royal treatment. However, compared to other budget airlines I've flew on, this one is pretty decent. You can bring carry on, only it has to be under a certain weight. The chairs recline and the staff is very nice.

Extremely poor customer service with checking in. Was not able to check in through the tiger air website, or in the digital kiosk provided at the airport, neither system had any data of our flight. Even though we arrived before check in closed, by the time we were able to talk to a representative of tiger air it was right on check in closure. They preceded to offer no help and imply missing the flight was entirely our fault. They wouldn't allow us to check in and get to our flight, instead we forfeited that flight, and had to pay for the following flight 5 hours later.

excessive baggage fees unfair for international travelers...should state on their web site this airlines is not international traveler friendly we charge high rates for baggage so do not use us unless you have no bags...crew was unfriendly and land reps must get paid commission on what they can overcharge passengers.

On time schedule

Excessive baggage charges. Very poor check in. Nobody was there to help us check in our bags as there was no check in counter. Not even a drop of water offered in the flight for free. Very narrow seats with no seat pockets to keep any personal articles.

Flight got cancelled via text the morning of, obviously a lot of people needed to call to change, best I could be offered was a refund and I had to sort out a much more expensive flight that night.
