Overall, a good experience on this leg of the trip

The arrival was pretty bad. Long waits for the bus to deplaning the airplane.

There was a mechanical issue with the plane that they had to work on before we could take off. That's fine, by all means, PLEASE make sure the mechanics are functioning properly. What was a problem was the fact that we sat on the tarmac for 4.5 hours without moving, without letting us off the plane, and without climate control and air running through the plane. There was no explanation as to what was going on; they just kept promising that it would be "15 minutes, then we are on our way." At one point, they even switched the entire crew out and told everyone we just needed to wait for new employees to show up. Then, as the 4 hours were not moving, an hour before the full refund, they made a big show about "the flight starting and the doors are locked, so you have to sit down." We didn't move for another 40 minutes; they were just trying to skirt around legalities that entitled us to restitution. When the flight finally was underway, the plane was gigantic but cramped in design, my entertainment screen kept freezing and glitching, and subtitles didn't work, and the crew was passive-aggressive. Terrible flight.

Boarding was done by woman who insisted on strict standing in line policy; food was ok; entertainment minimal

entertainment was not good; the shoulder strap on Business class seat did not sit well across the body (more like across the neck); the food was not hot and the special meal promoted by insert in the menu was not available to us

Basic experience, we were delayed causing less time to enjoy our destination and on the way back, we boarded when the flight should have been taking off.

The flight itinerary was changed 3 times, I explain the problem on the previous leg.

Very courteous crew, the food was good and the flight was on time.

In business class: no amenities or amenity bag on one flight, WiFi didn’t work on another flight, electrical on another flight didn’t work. Inconsistencies were rampant and all very bad. I doubt I’ll fly British Airways again.

Fine. No announcement for Concierge Key to board. Not a big issue just pointing it out.

The ridiculous extra security checkpoint at the gate after already going through one was very unnecessary! Also, the last meal (breakfast), my preferred meal option, the flight attendants ran out at row 3 and they have complained about this being an issue on this flight for months! Please have it addressed and stocked appropriately!

Poor service. Check in person at the COUNTER was ruthless and threaten to call police instead to look for better plan or actions. VERY MANERLESS lady. KICKED US OUT OF OUR RESERVATIONS. ABSURD

Poor quality service and miserable. I will think 3-5 times to book my ticket with the airlines for my future trips.

There was very little premium experience. The check in was awful with a 40 minute line and service making me feel like I was putting them out. The lounge and gate experience was scattered and not well organized. the only good thing was the seat. Food was bland and barely edible. Overall I found it wasn't premium at all rather a cheap low class experience.

For an international flight the seats were smaller than most flight I have been on in economy. I don’t know the size of the seats or perhaps it was the size of the seat dividers that made the seats feel smaller and little amount of space to even turn your body if you needed to

Flight was delayed 17 hours due to aircraft issues. American did provide hotel, transportation and meals, 3 hours past boarding time, but it took us another hour to get the vouchers.

Food was terrible, all served at once, poor quality . Wine and bread offered only once.

Flight cancelled. Added a day and a half to my travel. American Airlines DID put me in a hotel for two nights, but have not given any money back for any of this! I spent money on an apartment at my destination that I basically wasted because I could not arrive.
