Back to Delta I guess"

Cons: "I told Nicole that my sound wasn’t working and I had tried with 3 different headsets. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Not good enough for the price you pay for Qantas. I travel with qantas all the time and have never received service like this."

She radioed my #s in. Then told me it's still in Melbourne . A security issue. Now I'm about to miss my conecting flight. Don't worry you can catch the next one. At night, it's 8 am. Then only to find out I'm to go from terminal 1 to 3. Had 10 min. together there and go threw customs. Ran with injured knee."

Pros: "*Our flight from LA to Melbourne on January 7th was cancelled. Fortunately, Qantas crew members were able to place us on an American Airlines flight to JFK the very same day."

My prepaid seat for extra $35 AUD wasn't available. The seat was uncomfortable and the pillow was huge - I had to put it on a floor. I am surprised why Qantas is rated #9 among best airlines for 2016. I will try to avoid Qantas in the gorier."

Cons: "We had requested a wheelchair for my mum on her flight from SFO to Perth. But on arrival in Sydney, she was not offered a wheelchair. We had checked with a quanta staff while getting our boarding pass about the wheelchair and she said they will be providing her with it. So disappionted. How will I be able to trust quantas again while booking tickets for aged/sick people?"

Cons: "I am a frequent flyer with QANTAS and a regular customer for many years. Why then do I get the worst seats on the aircraft (last row without reclining). These seats are often assigned to me and they are extremely uncomfortable. I booked a paid fare and did not claim points. My FF preferred seats are mid-plane, aisle. The screen had very poor contrast and it was like watching through cloth. To make it worse the entertainment system had very poor sound with long periods of frozen frames and staccato sound making it difficult to follow the plot. My wife's system (also FF) was the same. Not happy with the "special welcome" given to FF passengers!"

Pros: "My Mum has mild dementia and was going to Sydney from Maroochydore to visit family. From check in at MCY to arrival back at MCY the staff looked after her very well. She needed assistance boarding and disembarking and they were very helpful and courteous and that's why I choose Virgin over the other airline that flies the same route."

Pros: "The lumbar support in the Virgin seat makes all the difference, plus the info re toilets, either get up now or wait till food service stops, and the instruction to put seat in upright position for eating much appreciated. I also LOVED the unexpected brilliant in-house video of psychology. Dr Andrew Ley(?) Food was great, nothing ridiculous, hot tasty and healthy. I liked there was no over packaging that took up my tray table room. Jetstar is a torture chamber with those seats that cause your back to curl over."

Cons: "They had a massive storm in Sydney that delayed the departure of the plane from there but originally it was only going to be 15 mins then it was half hour then after two hours the plane had arrived and we went through to boarding lounge for about ten minutes only for them to say the flight was cancelled due to them running out of workers hours. Then they said they we all had to go find our own accommodation and they accept no responsibility as it was due to the weather. To top it all off they told us to be back by 7 only to find out they had already delayed that flight and didn't even tell anyone so we were all lined up and nobody knew what was going on"
