Pros: The crew was understanding of our situation. We had a layover in Hong Kong and they moved us to the front in hopes that we will get out quicker to make the next flight.
Cons: It wasn’t the airline fault that we were delayed nothing else could have been done

Pros: The dinner was one of the top two I've ever had on a plane and I've flown business class around the world.
Cons: I just don't fit comfortably into the pods and for a 14 hour flight that's a pain in the neck or lower. The seatbelts must be adjustable to allow a pod user to roll on his side.
Cons: One really bad movie.
Pros: The crew were friendly, the entertainment on offer was broad and appealed to all passengers. The meal choices were very good, I requested the LFML options and all were good except for the light evening snack at the end of our second flight which was somewhat lacking in flavours and variety.
Cons: The seats in economy felt cramped on the Boeing 700-300ER, with not much room to recline. This impacted on ability to fully relax and rest on such a long journey. This improved on the Airbus 350 thankfully, which much more leg room.
Cons: Have a choice of both sweet & savoury snacks onboard.

Cons: Horrible check in process from Syd to Melb. Leaving No time to make flight Horrible transit through Melb - missed connecting flight back to sydney Overall not great
Cons: Had the weather in Wellington cooperated, I would have made it to the AKL-SYD leg and, most likely, would have enjoyed the travel experience. I plan to fly WLG-AKL tomorrow evening via another airline. Please rebook me onto Qantas tomorrow in evening.
Cons: Less single use plastic on the flight
Pros: The seats were smaller which is fine for a 1.5 hr flight but if I had to compare it to the first leg of the trip, these things stick out.
Cons: The flight time seemed late. The plane was already there, the airport was empty and the gate was full. It would’ve been nicer if it was a little earlier, although getting through customs again might not be as easy for some people on a 3 hour layover?
