Cons: "When I checked in there were 2 employees behind the counter ignoring the line of people dropping off checked bags and 1 employee actually working to take checked bags. This is the third time in a row that this has happened on a Qantas flight for me."

Cons: "The entertaimnet headset socket was faulty and I had to hold the jack in a specific way so I could hear the vocal channels. Sometimes it just dropped out all together. Tried multiple headsets but having the socket and jack on the inside of the armrest where it was so easily knocked by you leg was so incredibly stupid and made it hard to get comfortable or move position in the seat. First time I've ever seen this on a plane. Ok, so Qantas got us there safely but the inflight movies its what makes it bearable."

Cons: "This is the worst travel i've ever had. Got stuck in sydney because the first flight was delayed. I booked emirates and payed more to be on an emirates flight and to avoid flying with qantas. As qantas operated the first delayed flight i missed all my connecting flights and i'm still teavelling right now. Still in sydney. Never going to book through here again!"

Cons: "I left my jacket on the plane and didn't notice until I'd gone through customs (about 20 minutes after leaving the plane). There was NO way to contact Quantas or go back or do anything to get my clothing back. No one at the airport had any suggestions for me. The airport phone that dialed Quantas was only for frequent flyer point inquiries. I have now been trying for a full day (three phone calls with zero helpfulness) to see if anything can be done. I understand that I made the mistake of forgetting my items but the 17 hour flight left me a bit spacey. I am super frustrated."

Insufficient leg room better trip on my return mostly because of the plane, it was smaller and better seats..it was a 380"

Cons: "We booked two vegan meals at the time we purchased plane tickets but the crew said they couldn't find our meal reservation, and didn't seem to care much that all they could offer us on a 14-hour flight was a couple fruit cups. Additionally, we had to land in Brisbane to refuel due to the "fog" in Sydney -- I checked other flights into Sydney later in the day and none others were re-routed due to fog -- which added almost 2 hours to our flight."

Cons: "The transfer in between flights was very hectic and they couldn't find my ticket on my Delta transfer. This happened because they e-mailed the week before trying to change my itinerary but then clearly didn't let Delta know so there was definitely confusion and I missed my original transfer. That aspect was frustrating, but the flight itself was LOVELY."

I had to wait around to for an hour before the counter opened and one could check bags the old way which meant I (& everyone else on the flight) had to stand around with luggage. If the auto machines are not working surely one desk could have been provided for luggage drop-off."

Pros: "Bad weather had resulted in significant delays and turbulence was expected. However, flight was smooth and fast."
Cons: "Flight attendant who clutched my hand with the latex gloves she was using to protect herself from germs and then with attitude and rude tone demanded to know if I had a problem."

Most people are relatively big these days and when you sit next to a large person or between two large people the whole flight is so uncomfortable. Cons: "Disorganized boarding. Had to disembark due to light malfunction. 6 hours later we took off. I had paid extra to depart in that early flight, Virgin only gave us an $8 voucher- $8 doesn't go very far in an airport restaurant. Issue should have been fixed before passengers boarded. First time flying with them and am pretty disappointed. However, am happy they didn't crash us. I guess that's what really matters. Excellent cabin crew, they all went the extra mile during the entire debacle."

Pros: "modern twin turbo prop plane aprox 60 seater single seat one side of aisle two seats the other side. Fairly tight fit but fine for 1 hour flight Seating Tip - select a seat on the double side - the flight is usually half full and you will get 2 seats to yourself"
