Same issues as my trip to Chicago, but this was a shorter duration so issues not as problematic
Due to the delay of the first flight, I had to run until my heart aches to catch my second flight in time. Not many people spoke English
That there was a vegetarian meal on the second leg of my travel. And that the journey is over. Besides that, not much
1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience.
I liked my seat and the food
I did not like the cleanliness of the bathroom I did not like their entertainment I did not like that the flight attendants were bickering at each other not professional at all
Seat was damaged, not conformed and dirty, like it wasn’t cleand after previous flight. Pillows was used before us. Business calss should be nice
I'm not picky with food but the Food was extremely bad tasting and at best tastelesss. That should never be served Anywhere! It was so bad that the first thing I did in O'hare is eat a meal, it never happened to me on an international trip. Drinks (soda and coffe) were limited and there was a shortage in them. Entertainment system was not working Plane was packed, spaces very tight
Food needs to get better.

Seat was horrible. We suffered for 14 long hours. Our seat was next to the cooler and there was continuos noise. We could not sleep as wink and I was with 2 small kids. I booked ethiad for a good experience and suffered a lot. Never again.
Seat was good.
We lost an iPad on the plane and I called and filled a o several times it absolutely no response. Very disappointing.
The experience with travel agent (vayama) was worse than etihad, everyone know that etihad is not the same level like before, but booking through kayak- bayama was the worst where they didn’t reply on all my emails/ even wheb they did they didn’t answered mg questions, they couldn’t help if i want to book my seat or change my return flight. This is not my fiest time to use kayak app but this time was thr worst and it changed my mindset about travel agents, unfortunately my friends were correct when they said to book directly through airline not kayak..!!!
