The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

There are plenty storage space in your seat space. The entertainment system has many choices and has a lot new release movies and shows."
Cons: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."
Pros: "This time I made the mistake of flying with my kids (4 and 6). The flight or them was last minute (booked less than 8 hours before take off) so there were no pre-planned kids meals etc. The in cabin team were awesome! They made sure they go a choice of meals, that they had things to do, that they were enjoying the flights. This on top of the usual awesome that they have."

Pros: "Excellent seat and pillow cushion... The krisworld in-flight entertainment was extremely easy to use while still having a wide selection of films. The touchscreen was also very simple and did t require a great deal of force to press a button...the steamed towel given before take off was extremely relaxing and set a high standard of expectations during this flight. Almost all of the those expectations were met. The toilets were extremely clean and the service of toothbrushes was the icing on the cake. For my meal I ordered Indian fish curry which could have been a little more spicy (I am Indian so I eat foods with many spices)."

Pros: "The aircraft was clean, new, spacious and quiet. The bathrooms were regularly maintained. The food quality, selection and quantity was excellent for the economy class. Even the serving utensils were solid metal and had a very high quality feel to it. Having an endless supply of mid flight snacks was also appreciatd I always like the warm wet towels, which were offered at take off and landing. The entertainment choices were endless, but because it had USB and regular power, I was able to work on my laptop and listen to my podcasts on phone without worrying about running out of battery."
Cons: "The crew lacked its usual pep and cheer. For some reason they seemed very introverted and tired. First time on Singapore Airline that I noticed. The amenities kit was a bit on the cheap side. Also, only the supplied two prong headphones could be used with the entertainment system, I would have preferred an option to use my high end ones -- this was the main reason I chose to just work and listen to my own music/podcasts instead of watching a movie. We boarded and disembarked through the business sections and the aisles were too narrow. The announcements were hard to hear and the temperature was set too low for half of the flight (to kept fluctuating requiring constant adjustment of blanket/jacket). Having said that will keep flying them."

Pros: "To be fair, my rating will be very high due to it being the first time flying Business Class on Singapore Airlines. Unfortunately it was a short flight so I didn't et a chance to experience the whole service properly as I needed. I felt like royalty with the service offered by your staff who consistantly came to check if everything was in order without making a nuisance. Fantastic food and beverage options too. Overall a great experience, but would have liked it to be a 12hr experience instead of 5."

I won't EVER go through Boston AGAIN. I won't ever chose Emirates for that long flight again, if I can help it. The WORST!!"

According the the flight crew, they were notified at 9am that morning and the airline had my phone number and email, yet I arrived at the airport at 8pm because I was never notified! I spent $50 to take a taxi to the airport and now I had a 10am departure the following morning! I was given no compensation for this massive issue. Just "sorry, come back tomorrow!" I was very upset! My choices were either take ANOTHER $50 taxi home that night and then another $50 taxi back in the morning or get a $150 hotel room at the airport. So glad I paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for my Business Class seat (a big spend for me as I've never flown Business Class before but felt like a special treat for a special occasion). WTF, Emirates!"

They could have a premium economy like British Airways does and I bet it would be popular. The business class was also sub-par. We sat behind it and I could see that they did not even go to flat beds-- Turkish airlines (I hate to say this) was far better. for the cost of a business class ticket $4500 - it should be a lot better) also food quality was ok - not great entertainment - not a huge variety for those who just want something mindless - the movies were ok not great."

Customer service informed us that shipment of our luggagewas not available until 2 days later or we could return back to the San Diego airport at Midnight the next day. The amount of costs my family have to incur due to this inconvenience between clothes, hygiene items and medicine is immense. Such a disappointment!"

Pros: "The crew was very pleasant and very helpful getting us to our connecting flight to Kona since we arrived late, due to equipment problems leaving Sacramento. A free meal was a welcome surprise."

Cons: "Stood in line for 2 hours at Honolulu Airport to drop off bags. We had to be pulled out of the line as our flight was boarding and had to run to the gate. There was no time to eat or anything else. The flight attendants are not helpful nor do they smile much. I asked for something minor on two of the Hawaiian Airlines flight legs on my trip and was told they would come to my seat to see me. (One was for an extra blanket as I had cold air blowing on me and the other was to take my rubbish) They never did. I have never encountered this with any Airline before."
Cons: "The crew were talking and laughing loudly most of the flight. It was a red eye flight. I get that babies might cry or a passenger might do something annoying. But by far the most annoying people were the flight attendants."

Pros: "Hawaiian Airlines consistently deliver top-quality service for economy class. The flights are more comfortable than the average, the crew is always very pleasant. I also appreciate that they make an effort to be eco-friendlier."

Cons: "The original 9/23 9:05 am flight from SF to Honolulu was cancelled. The airline staff did not say a word why the flight was cancelled, but they were kindly enough to put me on a United Airline flight at 1:15pm on the same day. But the UA flight got delayed and delayed, I didn't get on the airplane until 5pm on 9/23. This was such a terrible experience, I wasted 9 hours at the airport and had to cancel so many activities I have planned on 9/23."

Pros: "I traveled this time with my wife and 8 year old twin daughters. For the long haul flight from Boston to HongKong, they let all families with children (including us) board earlier, which not all airlines do, and which was much appreciated. It wasn't as big of a deal for the HongKong to Taipei puddle jumper. Crew was very attentive, responding rapidly to calls and rebooting the entertainment system when needed. They were also quick with providing water and ramen noodles when we needed them. Seats were OK, a little short on leg room on the 777, better on the Airbus 350's. In flight entertainment options were very good for the adults, decent for the kids (they seemed to be struggling to find things to watch)."
Cons: "Food options are disappointing. The congee breakfasts have insipid, watery rice and dull flavored savories, and the sausage-and-egg breakfasts aren't much better. Dinner options were also disappointing, with so-so pepper beef and chicken that was not much past good. Snack options mid-flight were OK; they were generous with potato chips, caramel popcorn, chocolate and cookies, but the apples were mealy and there wasn't much in the way of healthy snack options."
Cons: "i had a surfboard bag that weighed 11lbs and my daughter had a surfboard bag that weighed 21 lbs and we are being charged $200 each both ways for a total charge of $800 round trip. This is an outragous fee for surfboard and other airlines specificly Alaskian Air, Quanties, and Virgin Australia have been letting us travel with surfboard bags for free that weight 3 times that much. I will never take Cathay Pacific again as we paid more for these flights because we had heard they do not charge for surfboard and they have great service. I had a total of $1200 fspending money for food and transportation for my trip to Bali. That leaves me with $400. Never again will I travel with Cathay Pacific and I will be spreading the word through social Media! Not a Happy Customer!!!"
Pros: "Cathay is a good Asian airline, and if you compare it to any American-based airlines, Cathay is exceptional. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Seats and food on economy are pretty good, as far as economy goes. Entertainment system is updated and offers a good variety of options."

They made announcement updates every 10 minutes meaning that people had to be constantly alert to see if anything changed in the next 10 minutes. When the flight was cancelled, the employees could not offer any information about how to get ticket prices refunded, or how to get to the destination. They could not even connect passengers to the managers because the managers are in Hong Kong. The number they gave out to passengers for customer services could not be reached because this it is an international number. People had to miss connecting flights, meetings, important appointments, and are still trying to figure out how to get refunded for an expensive flight. Terrible experience and customer service."
