Cons: "My remote in my arm rest (58D) was a bit broken. While it still worked, the flap was missing some screws to hold it in place. Also, the touch screen oftentimes had issues sensing my finger on the pause button. Overall it did not hinder me from enjoying the entertainment services provided."

Cons: "Some seats including mine did not recline, looked like the engineering service have missed checking mechanisms."

Pros: "Once again the flight, plane, and staff were great."
Cons: "The 7 hour delay was unacceptable and we were not happy with the lack of customer service with Justlfy! I will never use them again to make any airline reservations."
Cons: "Very old plane, entertainment pathetic. Seats bad Time to retire plane.."
Cons: "Flight delayed no updates in lounge then was rung to ask where i was as bostding closed. Told girl on phone on way bit thete was no flight status on tv in lounge... basically didnt believe me.. rude!!"

Cons: "Food and service was appallling. ... an insult to be assed a Lindt choc (1) ... by hand."
Pros: "Staff were courteous, efficient and well presented. Aircraft was clean. Entertainment was par with the usual awful resistive screen and slow response time making the UX just that little bit worse."
Cons: "The food on offer was unfortunately typical fare, with the menus making out the food was something special when in fact it’s the typical $1.50 per passenger Sodexo gruel."
Pros: "Nice airline with lots of room for a very long flight. Seats next to me were empty so I could lay down but unfortunately a bad respiratory illness prevented me from doing that. But still comfortable. Nice variety of food."
Cons: "All good. Movie selection could have been a little better maybe."
Cons: "Arrogance of the crew"
Pros: "I liked everything from crew to the plane"

Cons: "Food was tasteless just warm and food servied don't reflect the menu."
Pros: "My luggage arrived quickly in Dallas"
Cons: "The food was the worst I’ve ever been served on a flight."
Cons: "Flight being delayed so I missed a meeting"
Pros: "Hot food"
Cons: "Need 34-36" pitch minimum for long haul flights. Grumpy crew"
Pros: "I didn't eat dinner as I was too tired, but the breakfast was good and dinner looked pretty good. For airline food, that is. The staff were very polite and friendly."
Cons: "I previously flew Tokyo to Sydney premium economy on Japan Air and that created expectations. This was significantly worse. The seats were not as comfortable or as spacious. On JL, you have a bit of a barrier between you and the person in the next seat. On Qantas, you very much do not. While this is probably more just bad luck than anything else, the boarding experience was nightmarish with swarms of people blocking every passage."
Pros: "crew was great"
Cons: "my console didn’t have sound but other than that it was excellent"
Pros: "I didn't die; also was able to change from middle seat to aisle"
Cons: "- unable to check in online - unable to check in at kisok at airport - belts broke while waiting to drop bag, took forever - there was a leak above my seat, water kept dripping on me - only 1 of 3 options available for dinner meal, did not get the one I wanted; chicken was disgusting - person in front of me was given first choice of breakfast since he didn't get his dinner choice, I was not offered the same preference - my breakfast choice ran out right before the attendants got to me, got screwed again - crew did not apologize or make it up to me"
Pros: "Complementary food, movies, shows, and beverages"
Pros: "Helpful service and comfortable seats"
Cons: "Don't choose seats 9 A/B/C as there is a bulkhead and not window in this aisle (Boeing 737-800)"
Pros: "Nothing. The very best parts were still mediocre"
Cons: "This flight was so uncomfortable. The seats were small, hard and crammed together. Qantas should be ashamed of making people deal with that on a 13+ hour flight. They kept waking us all up and in general staff could provide little"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Get sick of explosives checks!"
Pros: "Crew on board were nice and helpful."
Cons: "No boarding announcements at Sydney airport. Food selections ran out."
Pros: "The on board staff were fantastic, very personable, helpful and friendly."
Pros: "The no fuss but highly professional approach of the cabin crew. The level of comfort in the cabin, with a business class upgrade."
Cons: "I dont like having to track the distance through the outside lounge in both directions to get to the Business Lounge. The Business Lounge is frequently busy and noisy. Very hard to conduct a phone conversation from."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 4 hours. Passengers were given "meal" vouchers for terminal restaurants but they weren't valid on alcohol (which was needed after 4 hours of waiting!) Boarding was chaotic with everyone anxious to GO! Crew was cranky."
Pros: "food service PJs"
Pros: "It was a safe flight."
Cons: "I have flown Qantas several times across the Pacific and have had much better experiences on the longer flights. Everything was delayed, the plane was small, and the food was pretty bad, even by airplane food standards. I just expected more given what I have come to expect from Qantas."
Pros: "The blankets"
Cons: "Very little leg room compared to other airlines, disorganised & slow crew, offered very little in terms of snacks"
Cons: "tv monitor didn't work well."
