Not sure how to answer on the entertainment as there wasn’t any.. Comfort, I wasn’t comfortable as I was on the window side and a morbidly obese man sat in the middle and eased out into my space. I had sciatica so I wasn’t able to move much to get comfortable. Food wise I have a wheat allergy and asked if there was a gluten free option and was given a Byron bay cookie which was lovely tho it wasn’t wheat free. Not to worry. I wasn’t expecting there to be any appropriate snacks for me anyhow. The staff were very generous with the snacks and their concern for the passengers. The staff were amazing tho. Truly amazing ! One of the staff must have noticed my discomfort and helped me out to stand in the back of the plane to stretch which I really appreciated. I would fly with REX again without hesitation. Thank you very much. It was my first flight with you and I look forward to my return flight home on Tuesday. Best wishes to your company 👌🏻
All good, was a one hour flight so no food or entertainment which was expected
Rex is an underrated airline. Its my first time flying them and they were fantastic. the only things that annoyed me about my flight were things other passengers did so it was nothing i or REX could change
Really enjoyed flying with Rex the boarding and booking baggage on was easier than most. I will beat using Rex next time.
On time and a quick flight and staff vert good
Pros: "The flight was during very bad weather and the pilots did a great job of keeping us informed and feeling safe."
Cons: "Due to the weather snacks were handed out but no water. Water used to be provided in single serves. As it is now poured into cups it was not provided on the flight. This seems like cost saving that is unacceptable to customers paying the same price with no access to a drink on the flight."

Cons: "The headphone jack to watch movies was broken so I wasn’t able to watch anything over the 14 hour flight. This was especially frustrating because I had to pay for my seat selection and I assumed all of your seats would be in working order."

Cons: "I missed my flight. My flight from Melbourne with Qantas was delayed. I received an express connection ticket to go through Immigration, customs, etcetera. I ran, all for nothing. I should have known better, for sure. 2 hours is unrealistic. But this tickets shouldn't be offered, they give the impression that you can make it. And the staff in Melbourne, and the crew on the plane, all were extremely reassuring. I got to the gate of Alaska Airlines, the people there could only offer me a ticket two days later. And basically they said it was Qantas fault. Having almost no time and no clear way to communicate with Qantas (the 1800 number is useless), I had to book and pay a new ticket. Now I am going to try to contact Qantas for reimbursement but I am not optimistic. In summary, do not buy these types of tickets "in collaboration" with two companies. Especially if you make the connection in the US. It is a scam. 2 hours is no time. And even if you have 3 or 4 hours and there is a delay, you are basically on your own, and the companies give the responsibilities to each other."
Pros: "This flight is extremely long, but very enjoyable when flying with Qantas. They have everything, from snacks and drinks in the back of the plane to coming by pretty often to give you food. I was never hungry or upset wth the service."

Pros: "unexpectedly about an hour into the flight an announcement came over the loudspeaker. It was something like this : Attention Attention please pull on your oxygen mask when it drops and place it firmly over your mouth and breathe calmly. I was shocked and everyone that I could see looked shocked. Then nothing. It was the announcement that you never want to hear when on an aeroplane. About 5-10 minutes later another announcement that it was an error and a wrong button had been pushed. It certainly was the wrong button to push."

Cons: "Jetstar cancelled my New Years Day flight on the evening of New Years Eve “due to crewing requirements.” It was a blessing-in-disguise because it forced me to fly Virgin for the first time. Not only was my last-minute Virgin ticket cheaper than Jetstar, I didn’t have to pay the ridiculous extra baggage fees Jetstar charges, and a meal with alcohol was included in my flight. Virgin all the way!"
Pros: "Everything went well and was as advertised. This is a low cost carrier so their business model relies on extra charges for everything. Prepaid my luggage for $19 each way and decided not to order any food (much cheaper at the airport anyway). People just have to be aware that low cost carriers like Jetstar can offer such affordable fares by excluding many things. Qantas would have been approximately 2x as expensive per flight and would have included more things, but the appeal of low cost is to be able to choose what you need."

Cons: "We had to pay $400 dollars to check 4 bags (2 bags per person). The bags were not overweight or oversized. We were told we had purchased a ticket with no baggage. I am a frequent traveler ( 10 flights in 6 weeks) and have never experienced such charges for baggage. It was not clear at the time of purchase that there were different levels of tickets. The agents at the counter was only interested in maximizing the fees we were charged and not helping us with other options. The plane was late and there was very limited seating in the waiting area, so most people stood for the extra 40 minutes of the delay."
