They only came out when then they serve the meals. It’s a long travel, they should have checks the passengers if they needed anythin"

This was a deliberate way of PAL to extract more money from their passengers. In the future, my family and I will not choose PAL anymore. We felt cheated."

Plane was newer with entertainment module with a huge list of movies and shows to choose from. food was the best airplane meal I had ever had. Had no issues during baggage or boarding,"
Cons: "Only thing I didn't like was that checking in online was impossible because I was booked from another airline (air Canada). I wish they could co-ordinate to make online booking available even though we were booked through another airline just so we had a better choice for our seats."

Pros: "The shuttle from terminals 3 to 2 could have been more organized. The sign says they leave every half hour, but they were waiting for 2 more passengers to arrive which made the wait almost an hour. Our flight was scheduled to board at 9:15 and they weren’t going to depart the shuttle until 9. We we’re panicked because we still needed to go through customs. They ended up leaving earlier after we talked to the reps for a bit. We made our fight but wow that was stressful."

Cons: "Check in at Kuala was a chaos. The agents were at a lost not knowing how to handle the family in front of me. It took them more than 30 minutes to handle just one family. I think there must be something wrong with the booking system. It took me 45 minutes to complete my check in."

Cons: "Terminal 2 Manila is really going down the drain check in one row, immigration endless inside depart only one toilet to s eve a totally overcrowded check in Zone, not sure who the genius is deciding to close down additional toilets on one of the most busy travel days"

Cons: "Of the four total flights, to include connections, Philippine Airlines was delayed on all legs. The delays were all after boarding and while sitting in plane. Delays ranged from 30 minutes to 75 minutes and all four flight delays were reported to be due to delays in getting baggage on the planes or getting the meals loaded on the planes according to the pilot's reports. Of note, on all four flights, the crew ran out of food before getting to our isle and had only one option remaining with no alternatives for those allergic to any portion of the meal. I would absolutely never recommend Philippine Airlines to anyone. The reduced cost of tickets was absolutely not worth the experience."
