Small twin prop plane. Basic flight. Food was half a chicken & pesto sandwich. As the flight departed after 12pm alcohol was available. No on board entertainment. No wifi services.
I missed my flight due to unforeseen circumstances It was, however , an excellent price !

Airline running better than post Covid, proper boarding process now implemented, some aircraft feeling a bit old and tired, crew fine, online experience better.
Inflight entertainment, poor that there are no headrest screens on aircraft used for an international flight.
Touch screens were very difficult to use, generally being laggy and unresponsive- it was quite an art to get it to play the thing you wanted rather than some thing at random. Selection of films and Tv was good when touchscreen decided to finally respond.
Their aircraft are old and amenities lack way behind other international carriers leaving from BNE. Even in economy
The old Plane had not been cleaned properly in a long time.
The flight was on time. The seats were ok and the Indian veg food was good. Overall good experience.
They are offering less and less for more and more. They changed our seat that we paid extra to select at the last minute. The seats are way too narrow and my elbows went numb.
No entertainment system. Paid extra for wider seats but not worth the cost. Flight left a little late and arrived early.
Seats were so small. I’m 6ft and a good 20% of me hung out into the aisle and the flight attendants come dashing with the cart. On multiple occasions they hit me before saying mind your elbows and knees. I’m like, yes, but where do i put them. There isn’t a space that exists that i can fold into. The carts are so close to the seats when they pass through that i regularly felt water dripping on me as they poured drinks. Overall 3/10 experience. Highly unlikely to recommend
Flight left on time. Crew was polite and helpful. Flight arrived early at destination. Had some trouble with in-flight entertainment system (not built in to seat-back) but found a work-around. Good experience.
The crew assigned did not start on time due to delays on having a person call off sick and later having a person not wanting to stay on cancun. No screens and also no beverages provided delay for 2 h 15 min
The 6 hour delay with minimal updates was not handled well. After many complaints from most of the un-boarded passengers, food vouchers were offered. The catering strike meant there was no food or snacks on the plane. Beverage service was heavily impacted, only water or juice was available. The staff at the gate was kind enough to inform that "if you want to eat on the plane, you will need to bring it on when boarding".
I did not like the fact that our bags went missing
Boarding was seemless. As for the flight itself, we deiced the wings twice. Had to come back to check for mechanical issues leading to our flight arriving 3-hours late to destination. As for food choice, do not choose the pancakes as it was similar to eating sweet microwaved porridge.
The landing was a little rough fit the size and weight of the plane we made it .
