Cheap Flights from Sydney to Bangkok

Pros: Loved the tinted windows on the Dreamliner! And the rainbow lights at the end of the flight. Scoot personal were excellant!

Cons: Things to know: Need to download an app before getting on the flight to get ScootTV. Plane was a little loud.

Pros: Overall okay. Food was not in our list because the flight is about one and a half hour. No entertainment as it was a short one and we departed earlier than the estimated time.

Pros: This crew really made the difference for the return leg of my MNL/TPE/SFO trip a most wonderful experience. Prompt boarding, quick deplaning, timely baggage claim, smiling crew, clean facilities, and great food. Comfortable seats really made entertainment more enjoyable.

Cons: Nothing...this trip was a clinic on international travel for a great price.

Cons: The worst earphones I’ve ever used. They fell out at least 100 times while trying to watch Dumbo. There seemed to be reasonably good programming, but I wasn’t going to continue with those earphones. My ears were sore after trying many ways to get them to stay in my ears.

Cons: Changed the time of my flight early by more than 2 hours, with no communication. I therefore missed the flight. I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!

Cons: Charges 300 Baht per kilogram after 7 kg. We ended up switching out all goods that had to be checked and just carried our backpacks on. Was a big hassle.

Cons: Longest check in ever, even on a Monday afternoon.. you'd better be there long ago.. problem with check in : 1- not enough queues provided, 2- check in personnel is not very efficient, 3- no queuing lines, it's messy lines, 4- operation responsible is just an observer with no operational impact

Cons: 1. I am not sure if your crew members could speak English or not. I didn’t understand what they were talking about or what was happening. 2. The plane took off under extreme thunderstorm. I am not sure if this was safe to do so but the plane was extremely bumpy, going down rapidly for about 30 minutes. The whole cabin was then in chaos. People started turning up, crying and writing last words. However, your crew members GAVE NO INSTRUCTIONS, BROADCASTING OR UPDATES ON WHATS GOING ON. What they did was mocking around with each other in Cantonese. 3. This would be my last time travel with you - I was your loyal customer since student time. But after this awful experience I chose not to go with you anymore.

Pros: Serge and the cabin crew were grey. The pilot made up 20 minutes on a 1 hour flight, came in late from previous flight.

Cons: Scheduling. CP is ALWAYS late, and messes up connections. Hard to coordinate remedies with my phone turned off. It hadn't been once, 10, or 20 times, but EVERY time.

Cons: It seems that Chinese people even when given allocated seat numbers sit anywhere so was very chaotic.

Cons: Don't offer a flight for an overseas destination that you cannot fly to. my flight was canceled so I did not need this connecting flight and had to wait two months for the ticket money to be fully refunded, after many phone calls.

Cons: The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)
