Pros: "It appears that Air Canada is doing the correct thing for passengers who have reserved their seats in advance....after many years of not applying their written policy of making them board after business class/disabled passengers/passengers with young children, they have created Zone 2 boarding which permits passengers with reserved seating to board immediately after them, therefore guaranteeing them overhead bin space. As we all know, a lot of passengers board with much more than one carry-on, which is a plague when boarding."

Cons: "On March 18, 2018 Joanne, Kevin, and Allison Sheridan were booked to go from SYD to YYJ and only Kevin took off. We went to the airport and my daughter Allison was too anxious to get on as she had to leave her father behind. After she calmed down we went to get on the flight and the lady at the check in, (Onwsha) said it was too late and we could leave the next day. She changed my tickets on the computer and said if we came on Monday, March 19th there wouldn't be a charge but if it was any other date it would be $150.00 per ticket/person. When I arrived to check in on March 19th I was charged the $300. I spoke to Sharon Smith who was with Air Canada Customer Service Coordinator and I explained I was told something different by the customer agent. I told her if I knew that and I was told by Onwsha I would have went on the flight on March 18th but would not have checked the bags and just taken carry on luggage as my husband was still at the airport and he could bring them when he came over. Sharon Smith said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay the $300.00. It really has left a bad taste for me with Air Canada especially how many seats were spare and I was told something different from Onwsha. Thank you for your time. So, things get more and more delayed. Can't you predict roughly when the plane is going to land (once it is in the air!) and arrange for some gate to be open, so that we don't have to sit on the ground for 45 minutes once it has landed, for example? People who know how to organize are ordinarily capable of doing that. Furthermore, the lack of transparency is really frustrating: we just sit on the tarmac with no indication of how long we're going to be there, and the estimates of the delays are completely wrong when we're given them."

It would work for 5 minutes then glitch and the screen would flash until you stowed it away and waited 10 minutes to try again."

When boarding I watched orhers board with the same size bag as mine, and wondered if telling someone you can't hear gives them the right to inform you at the gate that your bag needs to be checked?"

Cons: "It could be a mind @/!* walking by super luxerious angled seats in first class then to arrive at the rows of what I thought were no longer existing 80s seats, however I'd like to think that had nothing to do with how sore my back was during this flight. I've never had a problem sleeping before but these were horrible seats :( And a suggestion would be to undate the whole plane or not at all, not brand new seats in front and super old ones in back. It's a weird feeling."

Pros: "The arrival flight that was to be our departure aircraft was late, thus our craft to Chicago arrived late. The arrival gate was miles away from my connecting flight, As a result, I missed boarding and was rebooked with a 5 hour wait in Chicago."
Cons: "See my comments. Furthermore, the gate agent at the flight I missed and rebooked me was rude, aggressive and obviously not suited to human contact. He may have been a better PR employee used in loading luggage into the belly of the plane, thus not having any human contact."

Pros: "The crew were great, the service was great. The ticket agents were great and gave me the best possible option given I was going to miss my connecting flight."
Cons: "That I missed my connecting flight and got home 4 hours later than I had planned. I specifically bought an earlier flight so I could get back in time for a 6pm event, which I missed by 3 hours."
