Pros: "Crew was not this great on my Flight from Doha to IAD. My pre ordered food was not given on time and they missed it. I was given cold food. The flight attendant ignored to offer Drinks and they didn't give the Custom Forms too. I have to ask everything and THE overall service was awful"
Cons: "Flight attendants should care the passengers and provide the best service. Otherwise there is no use paying expensive flight tickets and travelling on Qatar"

Cons: "All the food was terrible breakfast lunch and dinner I was sick from eating chicken I started vomiting as soon as I was on my way home , please serve better food , food tastes like factory junk , please offer cold drink and cold water or least ask if you would like ice, all the cups for the beverages was small, seating was very uncomfortable not enough room especially if you sitting next to a large person they kept elbow me and taking up my seating , I was so miserable on a 16 hours flight on Qatar to LAX , very bad experience , please do better, also staff was not friendly"

Cons: "Be aware! "When customers purchase tickets they are paying for transportation for the specific class designated on their ticket and not for specific seat assignments. Seat assignments can never guarantee." This is what they emailed me when they did that to me on my pre-selected & confirmed seats!!"

Cons: "DOHA to NY. I board the plane to find out that Qatar SWITCHED SEATS ON ME that I selected months ago without any notice at all! Got stuck in middle seat on the wing! I emailed Qatar you know what they said? "Seat assignments can never guarantee." No voucher or anything offered! Fly something else!!"

Cons: "Providing in-ear noise-canceling headphones instead of the typical around ear noise-canceling headphones"

Pros: "Food was good and so was the crew, entertainment was better than expected."
Cons: "Obviously the seat could have been roomier but still good."

Pros: "Airlines' diligence in arranging an alternative flight in place of the missed connection because the initial departure from JFK was delayed due to technical reasons"
Cons: "Much ballyhooed A350-1000 has noisy engines rudely interrupting my enjoyment of the entertainment system - may be my seats were too close to the engines. The seats are not all that comfortable though perhaps wider than usual configuration in economy."

Cons: "No entertainment. Very old movies and mainly in other languages not English. None for blacks to watch or listen"

Cons: "The airline demaged both of my completely new suitcases. They both had TSA approved locks. One of the suitcses has a missing wheel, another one ripped zipper and missing lock and it was wraped in plastic. A few items were missing from that bag."

Cons: "Qatar counter check asked how long I will be staying in Ho Chi Minh, even though my visa expired in 2022! Surprise and they are aware of my ticket with a return in Thi September. Then I was asked for how long I will stay is not of Qatar concern. Too much of concern!"

Pros: "Extra leg room, very courteous crew, and pretty decent food. What’s not to like? I have had only very good experiences with Qatar so far."

Cons: "i have requested the child meal on the web site and also requested the seat preferences, however when i boarded the flight, i came to know that they have only honored the seat preferences but not the food. on the serving menu, the veg option was available but we informed that the veg is available only if we have requested it on the web site, i had to survive with add-on food but not the real meal. crew were struggling to serve food for us."

Cons: "Unlike my flight from US to Qatar, this flight was outdated and their video streaming touch device was old."

Pros: "Once staff were aware that my child was sick one staff member in particular regularly checked on the well being of my child."
Cons: "Crew only helpful when pushed to help. My child was sick and the cabin crew tried to give me food. I said that my child had just vomited but there was no offer to help me clear it up they just continued serving food to other passengers. I had to search for someone to help me to clear up and then I felt as though I was an inconvenience. I then had to look for someone to bring food for myself and other child. My other child is 1yr and 11 months and I was told they were only allowed baby food not a child meal. Although there were a few spare seats on the plane I was squashed into a full row with a 3 yr old and one year old on my lap. I appreciate that there may not have been any bassinet seats left but would have been helpful not to be on a full row as a single adult travelling with two small children. No offers for assistance with bags."

Cons: "They announced everything in English and Arabic and repeated the same announcement multiple times. The entertainment is good but frustrating that it is constantly interrupted with announcement about everything. I have never heard that many on any other plane. The announcement about customs paperwork was long and done 2 times in English and 2 times in Arabic. There safety video is soooo long and again is done in two languages. It was just all too much. Besides that everything was great."

Cons: "I didn't like my trip from Dar to Doha nor from Doha to Dar. The plane is too small. The food wasn't good and they ran out of Mango juice both ways. I sat next to someone who had the smelliest feet on earth. Just wasn't pleasant."

Cons: "Flight to was canceled due to engine issues. Flight home was canceled due to scheduling error. Issue resolved at check in, but caused stress."

Cons: "Although the very well crafted advertisement for Qatar at beginning of watching each movie is partially beautiful, I personally find it a bit offensive as a woman the clear emphasis on "my son, this watch and all that is mine will be yours", my daughter, your highest moment will be to get married. My disturbance with what I experience as sexist, worsened each time I saw this. Luckily I learnt how to fast forward, but the sexism of this left me disturbed. so although in reality much of your service is excellent, this advertising of a sexist world view was too disturbing to ignore. I hope my comments are helpful to you in considering that many women in the world now expect their fathers to consider passing on a fair share of their resources to their daughters as well."

Cons: "I had booked the Amaya lounge for the 3,5 hours stop over. It cost $50+ and was so not worth it! Bad food and uncomfortable chairs plus it was really crowded! Next time I'll just go to a cafe! No seats at the gate when I got there. Slooow boarding!"

Cons: "Somebody smoke in the bathroom. My husband went and told the crew. But nothing was sone. They should have announced in the plane and action should have taken."

Pros: "The crew was amazing. Food was top notch, and, in business class, served to order anytime. The seats were comfortable and the supplied noise cancelling headphones were great. Pillow, blanket and pajamas supplied were all nice quality. Restrooms kept spotless through a very long flight. Best business class I have experienced on any airline."
Cons: "The one glitch was the entertainment system, which froze several times and needed to be re-booted."
