The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. His helpfulness is the reason for the good rating. The car was also great but he is what left an impression.Cons:
One of the employees had their personal belongings in the car being rented to me, which is both odd and made me feel uncomfortable in the middle of a pandemic. Luckily the nice gentleman who helped me understood my concern and cleaned the car for me.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The location was out of the car I had ordered, so I was given to choice of driving a new Dodge Ram pick up truck at the same price. It was a good deal. Great feeling of invulnerability in SoCal traffic! The vehicle handled like a charm. Hemi 5.7 L configuration gave the truck very good acceleration.Cons:

The car could not hold two suitcases in the back, since the design of the trunk of this car. We had to place one large suitcase on the back seat between the kids. For a long drive this was inconvenient. Additionally, it was very confusing where and how to drop of the car at the circus circus hotel. No signage and no information. I was not provided with an envelope to drop of the keys in the Dropbox. I guess the pick up location should have had this information, and I did ask but the personal at the pick up location did not know.8.0 Very Good

Nothing to like. When I arrived at the Avis office they said they had no cars. They claim that Kayak does not have access to their inventory. First and last time I would use Kayak.Budget
