Staff was not willing to work with me whatsoever. I called ahead of time to make sure I could use a debit card for the deposit and the woman told me over the phone that I could. When I picked up the car, the agent refused to inspect car .He Claimed pictures of scrapes and dents of car would be emailed to me. Which never happened. He was very dismissive. I found out after dropping off car he need to inspect rental.2.0 Poor

The staff at Hertz on Hyperion Avenue in Los Angeles were genuinely friendly and incredibly professional. Their customer support was unparalleled, and it seemed everyone on staff liked working together. It was an altogether positive experience that my boyfriend and I remarked on repeatedly.
