Pros:

Staff was friendly, professional and service was very efficient. This was my favorite HERTZ location to have ever gone to. I’ll choose this location every time if I can. I appreciated the selection and prices too.

Cons:

These reservations are a scam. They don’t have any trucks or cars. Call before you show up because in our case they didn’t have anything for us, or the other people who were waiting. There was a 10 person waiting list for cars that weren’t even there. Total bonanza.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. They gave me several options for rental cars and even redid my reservation to give me the best price. The drop off was easy and the person who handled it was very professional and helpful.

Cons:

I paid with a debit card. Then when we arrived, i was told that they would not honor our reservation because the payment was made with a debit card, I asked if they had a small car available that I could rent and they did not. So I called Hertz and they told us we would received a complete refund since no cars was pick up. I looked at my checking account and I am missing $100.00 from the $234. I would like to know why and when i will get the rest of my money. Please feel free to call me at 562-616-46-82. Maria Laurent

Pros:

I recommend pre-paying, pick up and drop off was super easy for me. Their computers were down when I went to drop off but because I pre-paid they said I could go and my receipt was emailed. Booked far in advance and only paid about $15 a day for 4 days which came out to about $70 with taxes. Great Value!

Pros:

I got a flat tire about a week into my rental. I called the hotline and they told me to bring it into the closest Enterprise. I slapped the spare on, drove it in, and within twenty minutes I had a new car. Pretty easy.

Cons:

I searched for a car at LAX airport and assumed that was what I had. Instead I found when I went to the rental facility at LAX that my rental was in Santa Monica! Of course I had no way to get there and would also have great inconvenience returning the car. I was lucky to get a car as it was Thanksgiving. Obviously it was way more expensive than I had anticipated paying. This has definitely soured me from using your services again. I felt that I was compleletly mislead

Pros:

Nice clean car and easy pick up

Cons:

The car could not hold two suitcases in the back, since the design of the trunk of this car. We had to place one large suitcase on the back seat between the kids. For a long drive this was inconvenient. Additionally, it was very confusing where and how to drop of the car at the circus circus hotel. No signage and no information. I was not provided with an envelope to drop of the keys in the Dropbox. I guess the pick up location should have had this information, and I did ask but the personal at the pick up location did not know.

Cons:

Wasn't told how to operate the car or how to even return the car. Need signs directing you where to return the car. Also would have been nice to know how to start the car as it was keyless. Took us 10 minutes before got it all figured out and on the road.

Nothing to like. When I arrived at the Avis office they said they had no cars. They claim that Kayak does not have access to their inventory. First and last time I would use Kayak.

I made a reservation online for a pick up on 3/09 in the morning - I got a call from Budget at 8.20am that there was no vehicle available for me to rent that day. It really messed up my travel plans. Very disappointing

There was NOTHING good about this experience. It deserves zero stars! Booked a pick up truck last night, drove an hour from the valley to pick it up, my wife and I walk in and there are no other customers; the representative, Ashan has my paperwork on his desk and then tells me he doesn’t have a pickup for me. I asked why no one contacted me and he said they don’t offer that service. When I told him I thought that the service left a lot to be desired and that I'd be writing a review he got agitated and said; "Go ahead, I don't care, write a review, call the main office". I’ll be sticking with SIXT or any other rental company other than budget or Avis

They wouldn’t honor the price when I got there. Wouldn’t let me speak to someone with authority. Refused to speak to anyone on the phone who was going to let them know they had to honor the price I booked it for. Ended up not giving me a car. Sam was horrible. Do not ever even attempt a rental with this company location.

During pick up car that was selected was not available. Agent couldn't advise if new car would have GPS and offered to rent us a GPS. agent then found out that they didnt rent GPS out. On drop of the agent at the other place had not record we had that car, the info on the rental agreement showed a different persons name and dates etc. Overall was very confusing and had to watch closely as appeared was overcharged.
