Allowed to make a reservation but there were no cars available. Told to come in later that day, came back and was again told no cars available even though there were several in the lot. If there are no cars available do not allow someone to make a reservation.9.2 Wonderful

We thought we had rented at the airport but it was actually at a nearby rental center. Avis airport personnel were not helpful and pushed a hard sell for products we didn't need. When we arrived (by taxi) at the correct spot, the man behind the counter was extremely helpful and pleasant. He checked us in and got us on our way quickly.7.6 Good

Kayak reserved a car at a downtown location, not the airport. Avis at the airport tried to fix the problem but wound up costing us more. We don't appreciate Kayaks sales strategy.Hertz

The car was really dirty and the back tires were bald. Also a weird clicking noise in the car. I doubt I’ll be using the service ever again. Definitely not value for what I paid. Pretty disappointed.10.0 Wonderful

When I made a reservation online thru Kayak the total stated: $98.51. When I returned the car the total came to $166.09. I called budget thy said because they charge by the mileage. This was not stated on the email invoice I got from kayak. When I called Budget regarding the matter. They said on their reservation, it does state that there is a charge for mileage. If I had known this I would not have chose this company. Many company offer unlimited mileage. Also when we picked up the car at the Burbank, ca location; the van was not there. They had to drive us the the Glendale, ca location. Because it was out of the way we requested to be reimburse for the mileage. Harry, the guy we spoke to at the Burbank location said not to worry because we had unlimited mileage. I feel I should be reimburse for the mileage because it was not stated when I booked thru kayak2.0 Poor
