Granada Hills CA branch has one angle her name is Carissa I had compact small carshe did not have any and she upgrade me to Truck I was thinking to mo ve some stuff around house and I did it she is absolutely one of the BEST I work in ship and rent all the time but this time was really GREAT I will not buy any car because of this place treat me like my own family Ahmet /Engineer10.0 Wonderful

Don't by rental car from Kayak it's a third party vendor with little Coverage. so we cancelled that coverage and got bumper to bumper with enterprise for a few dollars more.10.0 Wonderful

The car itself was fine.Cons:
poor customer service, waited an hour to get the car. there were at least a dozen other people that came in while I was their and they had no cars for them even though they had reservations. The staff was slow and they were terrible communicators, and the car was dirty. I feel lucky that I even got the car. Never again, the little bit I saved was offset by the wait to get the car, and return it.2.0 Poor
