I don't know the guys name, but the thin, Mediterranean looking guy with the buzz cut was great. Courteous, knowledgeable and best of all, fast! He cut to the chase while still being friendly and had us where we wanted to be (leaving) ASAP.Budget

poor customer service, waited an hour to get the car. there were at least a dozen other people that came in while I was their and they had no cars for them even though they had reservations. The staff was slow and they were terrible communicators, and the car was dirty. I feel lucky that I even got the car. Never again, the little bit I saved was offset by the wait to get the car, and return it.2.0 Poor
